を部分的に溶融せしめ、溶融樹脂により前記環状

Claims (1)
る摺動材層の外側に所定厚さのゴム弾性体層が一
体的に形成されてなる摺動部材にて覆うと共に、
該摺動部材の外側に所定の樹脂の射出成形により
ソケツト部を形成せしめて、それらボール金具と
ソケツト部との間において該摺動部材を介して球
面摺動を行わせる一方、一端側がボール金具に、
他端側がソケツト部にそれぞれ装着される環状の
弾性部材製ダストカバーを配設してなる球面摺動
型継手装置において、 前記ダストカバーの他端側に軸方向に突出した
係合部を設け、該係合部のボール金具に近い部分
に剛性部材製リングを一体化すると共に、該係合
部のボール金具から遠い部分の外周面に環状リブ
を形成する一方、 前記ソケツト部には前記ダストカバーの係合部
を装着するための係合溝を設け、該係合溝に、前
記ダストカバーの係合部を配置し、該係合溝近傍
の樹脂を部分的に溶融せしめ、溶融樹脂により前
記環状リブを被覆包囲することにより、ダストカ
バーをソケツト部に固定してなることを特徴とす
