2. Description of the Related Art Houses constructed using the so-called prefabricated construction method, in which houses are constructed by assembling parts produced in factories, are often used. In addition, even in such prefabricated houses, it is desired to change the living area and diversify the appearance according to the tastes of the residents. On the other hand, prefabricated roofs include standardized housing, which was previously promoted as a national project by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Construction, with the main purpose of reducing housing costs and improving quality.

However, as shown in Figure 25, such standardized housing is designed to be built with two floors, for example, so that it can be built down, and as a result, it tends to have little change in appearance. However, in recent years, it may not be possible to fully respond to the diversification of residents' tastes.

Therefore, even in such standardized housing, it is desired to diversify the appearance, etc., and even when diversifying, it is important to preserve the characteristics of standardized housing as much as possible.

In addition, for this diversification, for example, as shown in Fig. 25, a two-story house main body part A is provided with an additional house part B that is integrally connected to the house main body part A, as shown by a dashed line. The idea was to increase the diversity of the exterior appearance and expand the living space.

In addition, in conventional architectural thinking, a house whose roof shape has changed by providing such a house addition part B is roofed each time using a roof assembly that matches the shape.

However, in this way, when assembling the roof according to the position of the additional part of the house each time, since the protruding position of the additional part of the house is diverse, it takes time and effort in designing, manufacturing, storing, etc. However, changes in the structure of the roof assembly tend to impair the characteristics of a standardized house, such as by causing structural changes to each part of the house itself.

The present invention is based on the fact that an additional roof covering an additional part of the house is formed to have an overlapping part with the main roof of the main part of the house. It is an object of the present invention to provide a roof structure that enables the shape of the roof of an additional part of a house to be changed while reducing structural changes, and which can be particularly suitably used in the above-mentioned standardized houses.

The present invention includes a house main body part A, and a house main body part A.
A roof structure forming a roof consisting of a main body roof C and an additional roof D that cover an additional house part B that extends from the house main body part A, and the main body roof C is a ridge part of the house main body part A. It is formed using a main body roof panel CP having a main body eave part that slopes from the top to the eaves and exceeds the wall of the house main body part A, and in the part where the house additional part B protrudes, the main body part A The additional roof D has a rectangular cutout 11 which is obtained by cutting out the eaves of the main body in parallel with the wall near the upper part of the wall, and the additional roof D covers the additional part B of the house and an additional eaves extending beyond the wall. an overhanging part Da that has a structure and is supported by the wall of the additional part of the house, and an overlapping part Db that overlaps the main body roof C and is supported by contacting the main body roof C, and that overlaps with the above-mentioned overhang part Da. Db is formed using an additional roof panel DP that is integrated with the main body roof C.
This is a roof structure with a double-sided roof section that has a ridge section that extends in the direction in which the roof is inclined.

The main body of the house uses the main body roof panel to form the main body roof. Therefore, the roof of the house main body can be formed almost in the same way as if no additional house part was provided. For example, when the house main body is a standardized house, its characteristics including the frame of the house main body that receives the roof can remain.

In addition, an additional part of the house is protruded from the main part of the house.
Therefore, it is possible to change the house, increase its variety, and increase the living area. Moreover, the additional part of the house has an overlapping part that overlaps the main body roof above, and is covered with an additional roof formed using an additional roof panel. Therefore, an additional roof can be formed after the installation of the sloping main roof, making construction easier and making it easier to assemble the entire house.

The main body of the house uses main body roof panels to form its sloped main body roof. Therefore, the roof of the main body of the house can be formed almost in the same way as if no additional part of the house is provided, and even when the main body of the house is a standardized house, for example, deterioration of its characteristics can be prevented. Further, an additional house part is provided protruding from the main body of the house, so that the house can be changed to enhance its appearance and increase the living area. Moreover, the additional part of the house has an overlapping part that overlaps the main body roof above, and is covered with an additional roof formed using an additional roof panel. Therefore, an additional roof can be formed after the main roof has been installed, which not only makes construction easier, but also reduces structural changes to the main body of the house due to the addition of additional parts to the house, which simplifies the assembly and configuration of the entire house. Helpful. Furthermore, since the main body roof is provided with a notch that terminates near the upper part of the wall, there is no protrusion of the main body roof in the additional part of the house, which simplifies the construction of the ceiling in the additional part of the house.
