(Prior Art) The applicant previously devised a cooking trailer in which a main food stove, a side food stove, a cooking device, etc. were attached to the trailer so that cooking could be done while the trailer was running. (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 11455/1972 and Publication No. 25940/1989) The rice cooker used in this staple food stove did not have an automatic extinguishing function when rice cooking was completed. Conventionally, the burner was manually extinguished after determining the completion of rice cooking based on the burnt odor of the rice. For this reason, when cooking rice while driving, it is necessary to temporarily stop the trailer and extinguish the fire, and when cooking rice using multiple staple food stoves at the same time, a lot of manpower is required, reducing driving efficiency. In addition, there is a high possibility that rice cooking will fail, and it is difficult to obtain rice that is in the same good condition. Furthermore, due to the delay in extinguishing the rice after the rice is cooked, the outer pot is likely to overheat and suffer damage such as burnout and deformation, which shortens its useful life.

Currently, most commercial rice cookers on the market are equipped with automatic fire extinguishing devices. However, these rice cookers use heat sources such as gas or electricity that are extremely easy to control, and have a low calorific value.
It is small at around 3000Kcal/H, and most are direct-acting type for indoor use.It uses liquid fuel like an outdoor cooking truck, and has an energy density of 30000Kcal for a rice cooker of the same size. The above-mentioned direct-acting fire extinguishing system requires a large amount of heat reaching up to /H, is exposed to wind and rain, and is subject to large accelerations due to violent vibrations while driving. It was possible.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention provides a staple food furnace with a device that converts the reversing force of the bimetal into high pressure air pressure, and uses this air pressure to close the fuel valve and extinguish the fire. The object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and provide an automatic fire extinguishing device for a staple stove for an outdoor cooking car, which can automatically cook rice uniformly and well even while the car is running.

To explain this in more detail, press the set button 28 so that the pore A26 bored at the tip of the valve stem A25 is located outside the air chamber 24.
A stopper 36 is engaged with and supported by a stop groove 37 provided on the shaft 29. Next, press the reset button 41 to reset the pressure chamber 5 inside the oil supply valve 38.
The high-pressure air filling the inside of the diaphragm 41 is discharged and the diaphragm 41 is returned to its normal position. At that time, back pressure prevention hole 5
2, outside air enters and helps the diaphragm 41 to return to its original position. When the diaphragm 41 returns to its original position, the valve shaft 42 and valve head 43 connected thereto are lowered, and the valve seat at the tip of the fuel pipe A39 is opened. As a result, the fuel pipe A39 and the fuel pipe B40 are connected to each other, and the fuel tank is closed. Fuel from 48 is supplied to the burner.

5. As rice cooking approaches the end, the temperature at the bottom of the outer pot begins to rise rapidly. Next, when the temperature of the temperature-sensitive plate 6 reaches the temperature sensed by the bimetal 7 (120 to 170°C), the bimetal 7 reverses and pushes the support rod 17 downward. In conjunction with this, the end of the actuating rod 8 in the switch box 12 is pushed up, pushing up the stopper presser 33. In conjunction with this, the stopper 36 rises and is disengaged from the shaft 29, so that the set button 28 is released from the spring B.
It returns to the position shown in Figure 4 due to the repulsive force of 30. The valve shaft A25 in the cylinder 23 moves to the left, and the air chamber 24 and the air pipe B32 are communicated with each other through the pore A26.

6 The high pressure air in the air tank 46 is transferred to the valve shaft A25.
The oil passes through the air chamber 24 and reaches the oil supply valve 38.
The diaphragm 41 is pushed up and the valve head 43 closes the oil outlet. Therefore, the fuel sent from the fuel tank 48 is cut off by the valve head 43, and the burner 2 is immediately extinguished. In this way, the burner can be automatically extinguished. The feature of this fire extinguishing system is that it can sufficiently withstand the instantaneous gravitational acceleration that occurs when driving on rough terrain, and does not malfunction. For this purpose, a fulcrum B1 that pivots the actuating rod 8 is required.
8 is set at the center of gravity of the actuating rod, so that it is not affected by the acceleration of vertical vibration. In addition, other operating mechanisms are driven by high-pressure air, so acceleration, rainwater,
Since it operates under conditions where it is completely isolated from dust and the like, extremely high reliability can be maintained.

It should be noted that a rice cooker equipped with this device may be driven on rough terrain, and thus is subjected to extremely large gravitational acceleration due to unevenness of the road surface. To remove obstacles at this time, fulcrum A15 and fulcrum B1
8 are installed at the center of gravity of the support, but in the case where the contact ring 14, arm 13, and switch box 12 are integrally connected by a mounting plate 50, the actuating rod 8 is installed by a pressure spring 11.
Safety is maintained by spring A19.

(Effects) 1 The structural feature of this device is that the switch box is suspended in the switch main body fixed to the furnace using a pressure spring, and this repulsive force is used to attach the tight ring at the tip of the box to the outer hook. The reason is that it presses against the bottom and brings the temperature-sensitive plate and bimetal into close contact.
For this reason, bimetals can sensitively detect the temperature at the bottom of the pot, and have extremely good sensitivity.
Operation is reliable. In addition, the tight ring completely isolates the bimetal from spills and dust that occur during cooking, so it is completely safe even when cooking rice while driving outdoors, where it is exposed to harsh conditions such as wind, rain, and vibrations while driving. It can exhibit automatic fire extinguishing function.

2 By attaching this device to a rice cooker for an outdoor cooking car, rice cooking can be completed without any human intervention after ignition, and there is no need to temporarily stop the running vehicle to extinguish the fire, unlike in the past. , it became possible to cook rice completely while driving. Furthermore, when rice is cooked simultaneously using a plurality of rice cookers, each rice cooker can cook uniformly and well, making it possible to efficiently cook a large amount of rice.

6. This device can be used not only for cooking rice but also for steaming and simmering foods, and the burner automatically turns off when there is no more water in the outer pot, eliminating the problem of food burning due to overheating after water evaporates, which previously often occurred. It is possible to prevent this from occurring, and in addition to improving the food economy, it is also possible to significantly improve the work efficiency of workers.
