(Prior Art) The applicant previously devised a cooking trailer in which a main food stove, a side food stove, a cooking device, etc. were attached to the trailer so that cooking could be done while the trailer was running. (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 11455/1972 and Publication No. 25940/1988) The rice cooker used in this staple food stove did not have an automatic extinguishing function when rice cooking was completed.

Therefore, the present inventor invented an automatic fire extinguishing device that is attached to the main food furnace, converts the reversing force of the bimetal into high pressure air pressure, and uses this air pressure to close the fuel valve and extinguish the burner. The application was filed as "Automatic fire extinguishing system for staple food stoves for outdoor cooking vehicles" (Patent Application No. 12038, January 24, 1988).

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention arranges several stoves for main food in the front part of a trailer stand and several furnaces for secondary food in parallel in the rear part, and A cooking device, an engine for driving the cooking device and the compressor, and a compressor serving as a source of pressurized air for supplying air and oil are arranged on one side in contact with the stove, and a cooking space is provided between these and the staple food stove. , and a kerosene tank and a gasoline tank are attached to the lower surface of the rear end of the stand, and the kerosene tank and gasoline tank are connected to the burner of the main food furnace and the burner of the auxiliary food furnace through air pipes, kerosene pipes, and gasoline pipes. In the cooking car, there is a temperature-sensitive plate 6 at the bottom of the outer pot of the main food oven, and a bimetal 7 that is in close contact with the temperature-sensitive plate 6.
The bimetal 7 and the head of the support rod 17 are brought into contact so that the temperature-sensitive change of the bimetal 7 is linked to the operating rod 8 via the support rod 17, and these are connected to the contact ring 14, the arm 13, and the switch. A fulcrum holder 39 is attached to the inside of the arm 13 of which the boxes 12 are integrally connected by a connecting plate 37, and the actuating rod 8 is pivotally supported thereon by a fulcrum B18, and the supporting rod 17 at the tip of the actuating rod 8 is supported by a spring A19. The bimetal 7 of the temperature-sensitive plate 6 attached to the bottom of the outer pot
At the same time, the support tubes 38 on both side walls of the arm 13 are fitted and pivotally supported on fulcrums A15 penetrating both side walls of the protrusion of the switch main body 10, and the tight contact ring 14 is attached by a pressure spring 11. The switch main body 10 is screwed onto the furnace main body 1, and the switch box 12 has a fuel valve that opens and closes in conjunction with the rise of the end of the operating rod 8. The fuel valve 20 is provided with a set button 30 having a stop groove 35, a topper 34 that engages with the stop groove 35, a stopper presser 31, a stopper presser spring 33, and a fuel pipe A27 from the fuel tank. The fuel pipe B25 is connected to the burner, and the fuel valve 20 stops supplying oil by reversing the bimetal 7.

Next, the structure of this temperature-sensitive switch 9 will be explained in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. 10 is a switch main body;
It is screwed onto the entrance of the furnace main body, and this main body 10
A switch box 1 is installed inside via a pressure spring 11.
2 is hanging. This switch box 12
The other end extends to form an arm 13, the tip of which forms a tight ring 14. Since the switch box 12 and the switch main body 10 are supported by the pressure spring 11 and the fulcrum A15, the contact ring 14 is pushed up by the repulsive force of the pressure spring 11 and comes into close contact with the bottom of the outer hook. It protects the temperature sensitive plate 6 from high temperatures and maintains a constant distance between the bimetal 7 and the operating mechanism interlocked therewith.

A bimetal 7 is held by a stop ring 16 at the bottom of the outer pot located on the upper surface of the contact ring 14, and a support rod 1 is attached to the center lower surface of the bimetal 7.
One end of the actuating rod 8 is pressed into contact with the actuating rod 8 via the actuating rod 7 . The actuating rod 8 is pivoted at the center of gravity by a fulcrum B18 so as to be held on the center line of the arm 13, and the vicinity of the other end is locked by a spring A19 made of a plate spring. Therefore, spring A1
The support rod 17 is lifted by the elasticity of the member 9, and the bimetal 7 is brought into close contact with the temperature-sensitive plate 6 under pressure.

Further, the other end of the actuating rod 8 is connected to a spring A1.
The upper surface of the stopper presser 31 is in contact with the stopper presser 31, which is pivotally supported at one end of the guide 29 via a fulcrum C32, and presses a stopper presser spring 33. The stopper 34 is supported under pressure via the stopper 34. The distal end of the stopper 34 is formed into a wedge shape, and is engaged with a stop groove 35 provided on the shaft of the set button 30 to hold the valve 22 in the open position. FIG. 5 shows a state in which the stopper presser 31 is pushed up by the rise of the other end of the operating rod 8, the stopper 34 and the stop groove 35 are disengaged, the valve 22 is closed, and the fuel supply is cut off. Incidentally, when setting the outer pot 4 in the furnace main body 1, it is necessary to make sure that the temperature-sensitive plate 6 and the contact ring 14 are brought into close contact with each other. For this reason, a sign is placed on the handle of the outer pot on the side where the temperature-sensitive plate is attached to prevent confusion even at night. For this purpose, 36 is a temperature-sensitive plate indicator attached to the outer pot handle.

(4) As rice cooking approaches the end, the temperature at the bottom of the outer pot begins to rise rapidly. Next, when the temperature of the temperature-sensitive plate 6 reaches the sensing temperature of the bimetal 7 (120 to 170°C), the bimetal 7 reverses and pushes the support rod 17 downward. In conjunction with this, the end of the actuating rod 8 in the switch box 12 is pushed up, pushing up the stopper presser 31. In conjunction with this, the stopper 34 rises and is disengaged from the stop groove 35, so that the set button 30 returns to the position shown in FIG. 5 by the repulsive force of the spring B28. Valve 22 closes and burner 2 is extinguished immediately.

(5) In this way, the burner can be automatically extinguished, but the feature of this fire extinguishing system is that it can withstand instantaneous gravitational acceleration that occurs when driving on rough terrain.
The goal is to prevent malfunctions. For this purpose, the fulcrum A15 and the fulcrum B18 are set at the center of gravity so that they are not affected by the acceleration of vertical vibration. Furthermore, other operating mechanisms operate under conditions where they are completely isolated from acceleration, rainwater, dust, etc., so extremely high reliability can be maintained.

5 By attaching this device to a rice cooker for an outdoor cooking car, rice cooking can be completed without any human intervention after ignition, and there is no need to temporarily stop the running vehicle to extinguish the fire, as was the case in the past. , it became possible to cook rice completely while driving. Furthermore, when rice is cooked simultaneously using a plurality of rice cookers, each rice cooker can cook uniformly and well, making it possible to efficiently cook a large amount of rice.
