温の湯が浴槽水に混合する、加熱部が高温になつ

間がかかる等の理由で実際の浴槽湯温より高い温
度を検出し、風呂追焚の設定温度以上であれば風

(問題点を解決するための手段)
上記の目的を達成させるために本発明は次のよ
うな構成としている。すなわち、加熱部と浴槽と
を連絡する風呂回路の途中に切換手段を介して暖
房回路を接続し、加熱部の入口側に湯温検出手段
を設け、湯温検出手段の検出温度が設定温度以上
になつたとき風呂運転を停止させる運転停止手段
を設けたものにおいて、風呂運転開始時に作動す
る時限手段と、風呂運転開始前に暖房運転が実行
されたか否かを判別する手段とを設け、該判別手
段により風呂運転開始前に暖房運転が実行された
と判別した場合には、暖房運転が実行されなかつ
たと判別した場合に比べて前記時限手段の作動時
間を長く設定し、また該時限手段の作動中は前記
運転停止手段を不作動にし、タイムアツプにより

になつているから、上記高温水が浴槽に送り出さ
れ、浴槽内の水が回路内に入り込むまで湯温検出
器が浴槽水の正確な温度を検出できないので、こ
れに要する以上の時間をあらかじめ時限手段で設
定し、時限手段の作動中は湯温検出手段の検出温
度が設定温度以上になつても風呂運転を停止させ
ない。時限手段のタイムアツプ時には湯温検出器
は浴槽水の温度を正しく検出できる状態になつて
おり、時限手段のタイムアツプ後に湯温検出手段
の検出温度が設定温度以上になつたときには風呂

の湯温検出手段であり、加熱部1の入口側に設け
られている。暖房運転時には、前記三方切換弁
6,7が暖房回路8側に切換えられ、加熱部1と
放熱器4との間に高温の湯を循環させる。暖房運
転を実行したことはマイクロコンピユータ12に
記憶され、その後風呂運転を行うとこの記憶がク
リアされる。またこのマイクロコンピユータ12

湯温を誤検出してすぐに風呂運転が停止してしま
うという不都合を解消することができ、また風呂
運転開始前に暖房運転が実行されていない場合に
は、運転停止手段を不作動にする時間が短く、そ
の間の湯温の上昇が小さいため時限手段のタイム
アツプ時に湯温が設定温度を大きく越えてしまう
