As shown in FIG. 5, this is a so-called forced circulation type in which a bath (B) and a heat exchanger (1) for a bath are connected by a circulation circuit (2) equipped with a pump (P). Of the bathtub, in which a predetermined amount of hot water is stored in the bathtub and the temperature of the hot water in the bathtub is raised to a predetermined temperature. The temperature sensor (S) inserted is used to detect the temperature of the hot water in the bathtub, and the system for reheating the bathtub to the set temperature according to the result of the temperature detection is adopted.

In other words, after a certain time has elapsed after heating, the pump (P) is operated without operating (heating) the heat exchanger to guide the hot water in the bathtub to the circulation circuit (2), which detects the hot water temperature in the bathtub. To do. Then, if the detected temperature is lower than a temperature (permissible temperature) lower than the set temperature by a constant temperature, the heat exchanger (1) is put into an operating (heating) state and the inside of the bath (B) is reheated. When the detected temperature is higher than the allowable temperature, the forced circulation by the pump (P) is stopped without reheating. After that, the above operation is repeated after a certain time has elapsed. As a result, the hot water temperature in the bathtub (B) is maintained in the range of the set temperature to the allowable temperature.

However, in this conventional device, the operation stop time (waiting time) until the pump (P) is operated and the temperature detecting operation is started after the heating, and the waiting time after the subsequent temperature detecting operation are set to be constant. Therefore, depending on the season or the set temperature in the bathtub (B), the waiting time becomes too long or too short,
There is an inconvenience that the hot water temperature in the bathtub (B) drops significantly below the allowable temperature during the warming operation.

This is because the waiting time is set to a fixed value, but the degree of decrease in hot water in the bathtub is affected by the season (outside air temperature) and the set temperature, and even if the temperature falls near the allowable temperature difference, the allowable temperature This is because when the temperature is not below, reheating is not executed, and the temperature drop continues until the next temperature measurement and the state in which the temperature is significantly lower than the allowable temperature continues for a certain period of time.
Also, in severe cold, etc., a situation may occur in which the temperature is significantly lower than the allowable temperature during the temperature measuring operation.

[Technical Means] The technical means of the present invention taken in order to solve the above-mentioned problem is "a temperature detecting means (4) for detecting the temperature of an outside air temperature or a temperature changing portion similar thereto, and a bathtub (B). A hot water temperature setting device (5) for setting the hot water temperature stored in the storage unit, and an arithmetic circuit (6) for setting the standby time (T) from the output of the temperature detecting means (4) and the output of the temperature setting device (5). ) And the arithmetic circuit (6) sets the standby time (T) to be short when the output value of the hot water temperature setting device (5) is high and when the output value of the temperature detecting means (4) is low. On the contrary, when the output value of the hot water temperature setting device (5) is low and the output value of the temperature detecting means (4) is high, the standby time (T) is set to be set longer, and this calculation is performed. The temperature detecting operation and the reheating operation are made to proceed according to the output from the circuit (6). "
(See FIG. 1) [Operation] The technical means of the present invention operates as follows.

The waiting time (T) is calculated by the arithmetic circuit (6) based on the output from the hot water temperature setting device (5) and the output from the temperature detecting means (4). Further, this arithmetic circuit (6) sets the standby time (T) short when the output value of the hot water temperature setting device (5) is high and when the output value of the temperature detecting means (4) is low, and vice versa. When the output value of the hot water temperature setting device (5) is low and the output value of the temperature detecting means (4) is high, the standby time (T) is set to be long. Therefore, the standby time (T) is set short when the outside air temperature is low, such as in winter, or when the bathing temperature is set to the high temperature side. That is, when the degree of temperature drop until the hot water temperature in the bathtub (B) drops from the set temperature to the allowable temperature lower than the set temperature by a certain temperature, the standby time (T) is set to be short. On the contrary, when the outside air temperature is high, such as in summer, or when the bathing temperature is set to the low temperature side, the standby time (T) is set to be long. That is, when the temperature drop rate of the temperature in the bathtub (B) is slow, the standby time (T) is set to be long.

Is driven to circulate the hot water in the bathtub (B), and the temperature sensor (S) detects the hot water temperature in the bathtub (B). Since this detection requires a certain time, the circulation continues for the temperature measurement time (T 0 ). After that, the detected temperature (t C ) is changed to a set temperature (t 0 ) by a comparison arithmetic circuit different from the arithmetic circuit (6).
It is determined whether the temperature is lower by a certain temperature (1 ° C) from the temperature. If the detected temperature (t C ) is lower than the set temperature by 1 ° C, for example, the pump (P) continues to operate. The gas valve (17) is opened, the burner (16) burns, and the inside of the bath (B) is circulated and heated by the heat exchanger (1) to be reheated. When the detected temperature (t C ) reaches the set temperature (t 0 ) by this reheating, the reheating operation is stopped by the output of the control device (C) and the operation of the pump (P) is also stopped. Then, the next waiting state is entered.

Furthermore, in the above-mentioned embodiment, when the bath water (B) becomes less hot during bathing, it is filled with water by the water filling valve (13) or after the required amount of water has been added, it is reheated by the heat exchanger (1). There is a case of reheating by the above, but in this case, the waiting time (T) is newly set and the waiting time (T) set up to that point is canceled. When the former filling of water is restarted, the incoming water temperature (t 1 ) at this time is also updated, and the waiting time (T) is set based on the updated incoming water temperature (t 1 ). .

In the control shown in the figure, when the temperature measurement temperature (t C ) is lower than (t 0 -1) at the time of temperature measurement, reheating is started and the same operation as in the above-described embodiment proceeds, but When the temperature (t C ) is higher than (t 0 -1), the detected temperature (t C ) is constantly monitored while the pump (P) continues to operate,
When the detected temperature (t C ) becomes lower than (t 0 -1), the reheating operation proceeds. Therefore, with this configuration, it is possible to reliably eliminate the inconvenience that the temperature in the bathtub (B) is excessively lowered by repeating the waiting time (T) a plurality of times.

Further, the constants of the equations are not limited to those in the above embodiment, and may be other predetermined constants depending on the capability of the device. Furthermore, the waiting time (T) may be calculated based on the outside air temperature instead of the incoming water temperature (t 1 ).
