In the anodizing process, an oxide film is formed by immersing an aluminum acid drum as an anode in an aqueous solution of an acid such as oxalic acid, sulfuric acid, or chromic acid, and applying electricity.
Conventionally, as a jig for supporting an aluminum drum and energizing it, a U-shaped member made of a corrosion-resistant metal such as titanium is inserted into the drum, and this member is energized by the force of a spring. A structure in which the drum was pressed against the inner surface of the drum was widely used.

However, in the case of anodic oxidation treatment, the formed treatment film is electrically insulating, so if the contacts of the jig shift during the treatment, it will be difficult for the current to flow.
Therefore, variations in the thickness of the Al 2 O 3 film formed tend to occur. In order to prevent this, a method is usually taken to press the jig against the workpiece with a strong force, but this brings about the following drawbacks.

That is, in the case of drums for copying machines, the roundness of the drum is an important factor in terms of image quality. However, if the drum is strongly pressed from the inside as described above, the roundness of the drum will be greatly distorted. In recent years, there has been a trend to make drums for copying machines thinner and lighter, so this problem can be said to be a major drawback.

Furthermore, since it uses the force of a spring, it is inconvenient that it cannot be attached or detached with a single touch, and there is a risk that an operator may touch the surface of the drum after processing.

It consists of 6c and 6d. As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 2, these spring members extend radially at equal angles to each other with the shaft member 4 as the center. Also,
As shown in the side cross section of FIG. 1, each spring member 6a, etc. is attached downwardly so that the attachment portion 7 to the shaft member 4 is approximately vertical, and the engaging portion 8 with the drum edge is approximately horizontal. It has the shape of a convex monotonous curve. In the specific example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a total of four spring members 6a are provided, but if the width of the spring member is large, two may be used, but generally there are three to six spring members. It is desirable to do so.

In FIG. 5-A showing the press-contact state of the jig, by making the opposing magnetic poles of the fixed magnet 22 and the rotatable magnet 24 have different polarities, attractive engagement by magnetic force is possible. In addition, in FIG. 5-B showing the detached state of the jig, by rotating the magnet 24 so that the opposing magnetic poles of the fixed magnet 22 and the rotatable magnet 24 have the same polarity, the repulsive magnetic field is generated. As a result, the ends of the shaft members can be separated from each other.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, as explained above, a pair of jigs including a shaft member inserted in the axial direction of the drum and a spring member engaged with the circumferential edge of the drum are used, By engaging the tips of the shaft members with each other while the spring member is in pressure contact with the circumferential edge of the drum, a stable energized state is maintained without changing the roundness of the drum surface. Moreover, it has many advantages in terms of work, such as the ability to easily attach and detach the jig to and from the drum with a single touch.
