Based on the information from the detectors 1 to 4, each of these determination circuits 6 to 9 determines the optimum driving mode for the road surface condition at that time (for example, snow melting, preheating H, preheating M, preheating L, stop: is set).

Then, depending on the result, the previous old operating output is reset and a new operating output is output. This operating output is, for example, a preset 100%,
It is selected from six ranks: 80%, 60%, 40%, 20%, and 0%, and is output in a timed manner.

が可能となる。 Instead of providing the memory element 11, an extra memory element of the arithmetic circuit 10 may be used. By the way, with a snow melting device that divides a wide range of road surfaces, roofs, etc. into many snow melting blocks and melts snow in multiple blocks at the same time, there are many judgment factors for operation, so it is necessary to process the information necessary for judgment. They often have built-in equipment that can perform programmable calculations, such as sequencers, and these equipment often have plenty of storage space. In the present invention, this margin is used as the memory element 1.
It is desirable to use it as 1. In this way, the detection results can be stored by processing on the program, and the results can be output and read.

The condition of the snow melting equipment can be determined from this amount. By the way, if the cumulative time increases at a constant rate but suddenly becomes irregular, you can identify the problem. Furthermore, in the case of a snow melting device that controls the snow melting of many blocks, the characteristics of each block can be grasped, which allows for a deeper understanding of the operation of the equipment, and enables early detection and removal of equipment failures. In addition, indicators such as changing the set temperature of the programmable controller will become more specific, which will directly lead to energy savings.
