マシニングセンタにおいて、予めタレツトヘツド
にばり取り工具を設けておき、切削および切削加
工後においてタレツトヘツドを回動させてばり取
り用工具を加工品に対応させるようにすれば、マ
シニングセンタにおいてばり取り作業を行うこと
ができ極めて合理的である。一方、ばり取り作業
用工具としては、鋼板やステンレスワイヤ等で構
成したブラシローラを利用するブラツシングが、
複雑な加工品の形状にまんべんなく作用させる点
で推奨されている。

され前記第1傘歯車と噛合する第2傘歯車を取付
けるとともに前記回転ケースより外部へ突出する
