Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Application Field) This invention is a continuous or single-piece printing sheet on which information is to be printed. This invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive printing sheet that is effective for various overlapping adhesive uses, such as for sealing printing sheets for envelopes, for binding printing sheets for stitching after printing, etc. It is something.

(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, pressure-sensitive adhesives have been used as adhesives for printing sheets, which do not adhere under normal conditions but are bonded by applying adhesive conditions for the adhesive. (Adhesion conditions 120-150Kg/
cm 2 ), heat-sensitive adhesives (adhesive conditions around 120℃), and rewetting adhesives are widely known, and heat-sensitive adhesives are particularly difficult to cause blocking for printing sheets. However, blocking occurs due to the temperature conditions, load, etc. during storage or transportation of sheets for printing forms that use heat-sensitive adhesives. Attempts have been made to improve the agent application pattern, but this has not yet completely prevented the blocking phenomenon.

Furthermore, in recent years, printers called non-impact printers have come into widespread use when printing information on various forms. When printing with an electronic printer that uses toner, which is a type of non-impact printer, the print is fixed using a heating method, which causes the adhesive applied to the printing sheet to soften. It had the disadvantage of easily causing various troubles.

(Means for solving the problem) This is a printing sheet that is used by printing notification information and then adhering it with an adhesive that has been applied in advance. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated with a non-thermoplastic adhesive, and this pressure-sensitive adhesive has non-thermoplastic fine particles with an average particle size of 1 to 20μ dispersed therein. The conventional problems are solved by providing a printing sheet for pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is characterized by having an uneven layer surface.

(Function) By adding non-thermoplastic fine particles with an average particle size of 1 to 20 μm to a pressure-sensitive adhesive that does not adhere under normal conditions, the surface of the adhesive layer is formed into an uneven shape by the particles. Therefore, when printing sheets are stacked and stored or transported, the surfaces of the sheets that are in contact with the surface of the adhesive or the surfaces of the adhesive and the adhesive do not come into close contact with each other due to the particles of the convex portion, resulting in good non-blocking properties. Also, when the printing sheet contacts the heat fixing drum of the printer during printing, the fine particles on the convex portion contact the fixing drum and feed the printing sheet, and these fine particles are thermoplastic. Since there is no heat, the fine particles are plasticized by heat, and the adhesive does not come into direct contact with the object, making the feed smooth and maintaining good adhesion of the adhesive.

Fine particles that can be used include refined starch, corn starch, white scales, fish scales, kaolin, secondary crystal silica gel, activated clay, etc. Particles with a particle size of 1μ or less may have poor heat resistance and blocking resistance. Also, if the particle size is 20μ or more, it may damage the printer, so fine particles without thermoplasticity with an average particle size of 1 to 20μ are suitable.

cm 2 After being left for 1 hour, peeling was performed at 90° using a tensile tester, and the results showed that the peel strength was less than 2 g in all cases, and although the conditions were more severe than the storage conditions of stacked sheets for normal printing, there was no blocking caused by the adhesive. No phenomena were observed at all.

In addition, even when heated with a hot roll at 200°C to 240°C, the adhesive surface has irregularities due to non-thermoplastic fine particles, and the fine particles prevent the adhesive surface from coming into direct contact with the hot roll, so even if the adhesive softens. Even if this phenomenon occurred, no adhesive was observed to adhere to the roll, and adhesive peeling did not occur even in an abrasion test with a load of 500g, and even when bonding with adhesive, sheets of adhesive were placed in contact with each other and the adhesive was applied to the roll at 120kg/ The adhesive surface was made uniform by applying pressure using a normal sealing machine of cm 2 , and the adhesives were able to adhere firmly to each other, and various effects such as good adhesion were confirmed.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the pressure-sensitive adhesive printing sheet of the present invention, the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has an average particle size of 1 to 1.
Since the adhesive is formed into an uneven shape by protruding 20μ non-thermoplastic fine particles, the adhesive itself will not come into direct contact with objects when printing sheets are stored or stacked during transport. The printing sheet can be transferred smoothly and reliably to the printer during printing without any blocking phenomenon caused by the adhesive. It also has excellent heat resistance and abrasion resistance during printing, and is adhesive even after printing with an electronic printer. The adhesive property of the agent is not impaired in any way, and it has the effect that adhesion can be easily performed when applying adhesive conditions of pressure above a predetermined level or pressure and heat.
