本発明はシールド掘進工法に関するものであ

成し、次いで先行刃口内面により劃成された地山
に作泥材を噴射させながらカツタヘツドを回転
し、軸方向に移動させて掘削し、上記カツタヘツ
ドが前記刃口内の掘進方向所定位置まで掘削推進
したのち、チヤンバー内に収容された掘削土を排
土しながらシールドを推進させるものであり、又
後者の工法では、シールドスキンプレート内のチ
ヤンバーに取り入れられた土砂を、カツターをシ
ールドスキンプレート内で軸方向に移動すること
によつて細切撹拌するようにしたものであり、何
れの工法でもこのような掘削作業を1リング分だ
け行いシールドを推進した後のセグメント組立中

本体を前記カツターの後退速度のn(n>1)倍
の速度で掘進方向前方に前進させながら前記切羽
を掘削せしめる工程と、次のセグメントの組立を
行う工程とより成ることを特徴とする。

グリツパー11の作動を解除し、前記カツター2
を回転しながら第2図に示すように毎分Vなる速
度で掘進装置本体に対して相対的に後進させると
同時にシールドスキンプレートを含む掘進装置本
体をシールドジヤツキ7により掘進方向前方に毎
分2Vなる速度で前進せしめ、両者の相対速度の
関係で前記カツター2により1ストローク(1リ
ングの約半分)だけ更に切羽を掘削せしめたとこ
ろで1リングの掘進作業を終了せしめ、次のセグ
