9,9の外側に平行に配設した往復摺動溝形2重

12によつて往動して停止し、同図実線位置に復
動して停止することができる。このようにした2
重板4の外側には海苔束掛回テープ端衝合片5の
直角方向折畳装置6が設けられる。この装置6は
上記テープ通過間隙部tの両側に設けた水平垂直
起伏板13,14の少くとも一方13がエヤシリ
ンダー15によつて受板9に向つて近接離反可能
でありかつ一方の起伏板14はシリンダー16に
よつて昇降自在に配設され、一方の起伏板14に
45度切出ナイフ状衝合片押え板17を有し同押え
板17上にエヤシリンダー18による往復摺動板
8を同押え板17と平行に設け、同起伏板14が
下降し起立した状態において同摺動板8は第8図
に示すように上記2重板4の溝開口部に向うもの
である。又この起伏板14は第2図及び第7図に
示すようにエヤシリンダー19によつて受板9に
沿つて往復摺動自在であつて同起伏板14に設け
た上記押え板8を往復摺動させることができる。
他方の起伏板13には上記押え板17の45度刃面
と直角方向に往復摺動する衝合片折返用舌片20
を設けてなるものである。上記摺動板8は直角方
向折畳衝合片7の中程を第8図から第9図に示す
ように2重板間溝21内に押込むようになつてい
る。そして押込み後同2重板4は第1図実線位置
に復動しテープ通過間隙部tを開く、そして海苔
束圧縮板3,3が元の位置に戻ると海苔束11は
その復元力で膨張し第14図に示すようにテープ
22及び結び目23によつて結束される。尚図中
24で示すものはテープ掛回用チエン、25は同
チエン24に設けたテープ端吸盤、26は起伏板
