When using any of these napped fabrics in daily life, static electricity is generated due to friction between the fabric and other objects. It is necessary to eliminate static electricity. Examples include computer rooms, inside cars, dry rooms, dry regions, other places where static electricity is likely to be generated, and places where static electricity should not be generated. Conventionally, therefore, in order to prevent the accumulation and discharge of static electricity, methods such as spraying a dispersing agent such as water-absorbing resin oil have been used. However, due to the nature of static electricity, such means are not very effective during dry seasons or in dry areas, and there is a problem in that they are not effective for spraying in rooms that require drying.

Also, electric wires are wired vertically and horizontally under the floors of houses, buildings, etc., and this is a place that cannot withstand fires and other accidents caused by electrical leakage. However, the area under the floor where static-eliminating pile fabric is laid is no exception; It is also necessary to consider the prevention of electric shock accidents caused by energization. This is especially true in rooms where gopi machines that use high voltage are installed or in computer rooms. In conventional pile carpets, such measures were not taken at all. There is a big problem.

(b) Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention In view of the above, the present invention has the following points: First, regardless of the climate, region, or room location, pile fabrics are The purpose is to promptly discharge the static electricity generated in the fabric to prevent static electricity and eliminate damage caused by static electricity. Therefore, the applicant first applied for the
-26277, we provide static-eliminating pile fabrics.Secondly, even in pile fabrics that tend to generate static electricity, it is desirable to have a pattern weave that is compatible with the living environment, so it is important to maintain the airiness of the fabric. This is an extremely important issue, so we provide a static-eliminating pile fabric that enhances static-eliminating properties, enables pattern weaving, and is effective in maintaining the wind, which is the life of the fabric. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pile fabric that can prevent accidents such as electrical shocks caused by ordinary electrical currents such as electric leakage.

The drawings show examples, and FIG. 1 is an explanatory plan view thereof, and FIG. 2A is a cross-sectional explanatory view taken along line A-A in FIG. 1. Regardless of whether the fabric is a patterned fabric or a non-patterned fabric, in the present invention, some of the pile yarns 6 are added with pile yarns 6' in which conductive fiber yarns 7 are twisted or conductive fiber yarns 7. A pile yarn 6' is prepared by disposing a conductive fiber yarn 7 on a pile yarn 6 made of ordinary non-conductive fiber yarn, such as a twisted pile yarn 6', and the pile yarn 6' is placed at appropriate intervals in the woven cloth. A conductive coating material 5 is prepared by kneading the conductive material 4 into synthetic rubber or synthetic resin vinyl chloride, etc., by kneading the conductive material 4 into the back surface of the base fabric 3, especially in the finishing process. The conductive coating material 5 is coated through the pile yarns 6, 6' up to the napped bases 8, and the coating material rises along the pile yarns due to surface tension and spreads over the surface of the conductive layer. has an uneven shape, and a conductive layer 5' is also formed on the back side of the base fabric, and then a non-conductive coating material 9, such as synthetic rubber or vinyl chloride, is coated on the back side of the conductive layer 5'. Reference numeral 10 denotes a ground terminal, which is attached between the coating materials 5 and 9.

(3) Regarding the operation and effects of the invention Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, it is possible to produce a static elimination mat by cutting the fabric into either wide or narrow shapes depending on the purpose of use, and it is also possible to produce a static neutralizing mat that is conductive. The pile yarns 6' on which the fiber yarns 7 are arranged are raised in the fabric surface at intervals that allow electricity to be collected from the surrounding pile yarns 6 made only of non-conductive fiber yarns, and are unraveled in the fabric finishing process. Because the conductive fiber yarns 7 are arranged like a lightning rod, and because the surface of the conductive layer provided at the base of the napped fibers has an uneven shape, this static-eliminating pile fabric has no friction with other objects. The electrostatic electricity generated by such things is immediately collected by the conductive fiber thread 7 and discharged by itself. Further, due to the quick earthing effect via the conductive coating material 5 into which the conductive material 4 is kneaded and the ground, static electricity does not accumulate in the fabric.

However, since the conductive layer is formed by the conductive coating material 5 up to the base fabric of the pile yarn, and the conductive coating material permeates into the small gaps in the base fabric, the above-mentioned grounding effect is extremely rapid and large. Static electricity generated in the non-collecting range of the conductive pile yarn 6' or static electricity of a weak voltage that cannot be collected is easily discharged from the convex part of the conductive material (layer) at the base of the pile yarn, and the static electricity of the layer concerned is also easily discharged. Even with the earthing effect, static electricity does not accumulate.

Therefore, when the static-eliminating pile fabric of the present invention is used, it is possible to completely eliminate problems caused by accumulation of static electricity and strong discharge. However, unlike Utility Application No. 62-26277 filed by the applicant earlier, pile yarn consisting only of conductive fiber yarns is not used, so it is difficult to weave the yarn at a lower level than the surrounding non-conductive fiber yarns. It is convenient for weaving and finishing as it does not require full use of techniques. In addition,
By allowing the conductive coating material to permeate to the base of the pile yarn, there is no need to thicken the coating layer on the back surface of the base fabric, and the flexibility of the pile fabric can be ensured.

Currently, carbon (black) is the most widely used conductive material, but there is also a white material called white carbon, and it is also possible to use metal powder, metal fibers, and metal ion coatings. Since all of these conductive materials are of a single color, the color of the conductive pile yarn 6' also depends on the color of these conductive materials. If the pile yarn is 6', the pile fabric will have a single plain pattern,
Patterned weaving becomes impossible. Furthermore, even if a dehairing finish is applied, it is difficult to create and maintain the texture of a fabric.

However, in the present invention, since the conductive pile 6' in which the conductive fiber yarn 7 is twisted or spliced is woven with the pile yarn 6 made only of non-conductive fiber yarn with appropriate spacing, it is possible to obtain a single color. Of course, pattern weaving can be freely performed, and even when the pile fabric is further subjected to dehairing finishing, the conductive fiber yarn 7 is mixed into the entire pile yarn in an almost invisible state. Therefore, whether it is a single color or patterned fabric, the texture that is the life of pile fabric will never be lost.

Of course, it is even possible to incorporate the color of the conductive fiber itself into the pattern of the pile fabric.

In Utility Application No. 62-26277, which was submitted earlier, even if the conductive pile yarn is cut shorter than other pile yarns, depending on the viewing angle or how the light hits it, even if it is made into a single-dyed fabric, it can be made into a patterned fabric. However, the static-eliminating pile fabric of the present invention has the great advantage of completely eliminating this problem, which sometimes impairs the air of the fabric to some extent.

Therefore, seat covers, chair covers in automobiles,
It has utility value in countless living spaces, such as computer room bedding, clothing, chair upholstery, wall upholstery, etc., places where static electricity is likely to be generated and accumulated, and places and objects where static electricity generation is avoided. It has the great advantage of being free from the inconvenience of spraying antistatic agents as in the past. Of course, sufficient flexibility as a pile fabric is ensured.
