Now, although each of the inventions A to D has a structure with advantages, there are issues that need to be improved in terms of workability, maintenance and inspection, as well as structural strength. In order to create a railroad crossing that is convenient for maintenance and inspection, the present inventors installed a rail through a fastening device and installed multiple sets of locking grooved metal fittings at set intervals in the longitudinal direction. We developed a railroad crossing whose main components were rigid sleepers and prone channel steel in which the edges of outward-opening side panels were elastically fitted into the locking grooves of the metal fittings, and we first filed a patent application in 1983.
The application was filed as No. 21384 (see Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 198906/1999).

[Means for Solving the Problems] As a means for solving the above problems and achieving the objects, the present invention provides a rail fastening device and a plurality of sets of locking grooved metal fittings at set intervals in the longitudinal direction. A railroad crossing base consisting of a plurality of opposed steel sleepers arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the rail, and a plurality of lying boards in which the end edges of outward-opening side plates are elastically fitted into the locking grooves of the metal fittings with locking grooves. To provide a railroad crossing comprising a channel steel, a paving steel plate that abuts the top plate of the prone channel steel, and a fastening fitting that detachably fastens the paving steel plate to a fitting with a locking groove.

[Function] The present invention provides, as a railroad crossing base, a plurality of steel sleepers in which a rail fastening device and a plurality of sets of metal fittings with locking grooves are arranged opposite each other at set intervals in the longitudinal direction of the rail. Since the rails are used, the construction is easy and the rails can be easily installed and have good penetration into the track bed ballast.Furthermore, since the rail fastening devices are installed in advance at set intervals, the rail installation can be carried out extremely efficiently.

Furthermore, a plurality of sets of metal fittings with locking grooves are provided oppositely at set intervals in the longitudinal direction of the steel sleeper, and the ends of the outward-opening side plates of the prone groove steel are attached to the metal fittings with locking grooves. The steel sleeper and prone channel steel are completely locked together by just elastically fitting the edges, so construction and replacement are extremely simple, and there are no other parts required for installation, making it economical.

In addition, the locking between steel sleepers and prone channel steel utilizes the strong elasticity of the steel material, so it is structurally strong, and the locking acts in the direction of strengthening when a load is applied. Its functionality is stable and it is highly reliable as a railroad crossing.

Next, since the paved surface is constituted by the paving steel plate that is in contact with the top plate of the prone channel steel, it has high mechanical strength and there is no fear of damage even when heavy vehicles pass by. Moreover, since the paving steel plate is attached to the metal fitting with the locking groove using a fastening metal fitting that is detachably fastened to the metal fitting, it is easy to attach and remove the plate, and maintenance and inspection are easy.

Furthermore, when using a prone channel steel with a paving steel plate welded to the top plate as a part of the prone channel steel, it is even easier to install and remove, making it suitable for use at points of contact between railroad crossings and roads. . Furthermore, when a non-slip steel plate is used as the paving steel plate, the slippage that tends to occur in steel plates is reduced, so traffic safety can be improved.

The steel sleepers 2a to 2e have the same shape as the prone groove steel described later, and if longer lengths are used, the number of members can be reduced, which is economical. If the shaped steel is manufactured by hot rolling, it is advantageous in terms of cost and has good reliability in terms of quality, but the method is not limited thereto.

In the present invention, the paving steel plate 4c has a notch hole 28 for inserting the press clamp operating claw.
A to 28b were provided to enable efficient work.
