方法について提案した(特開昭59−128246)。[Prior Art] The present inventor has developed an ultra-high-density superstructure that does not contain any aggregates such as sand or gravel, does not crack or warp after molding and hardens, and has high density and strength based on the theory of slate formation. A method for manufacturing highly compressible, unfired cement decorative boards was proposed (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 128246-1983).

A pressure plate with a smooth surface is placed on top of the paper, and the cement paste in this form is compressed and molded by applying a pressure of 600 to 4000 kg/cm 2 to the pressure plate. , characterized in that the paper is removed and cured.

Therefore, by removing this paper and curing, a cement decorative board with a rough surface can be obtained.

For example, the thickness is 0.3 to 1.0
Examples include Japanese paper or Western paper of about mm.
