The assembly accuracy when the obtained product is assembled with a mating part is determined by measuring the clearance between the product skin material and the mating part and comparing it with a predetermined clearance. Generally, assembly is carried out by tightening the seating surface provided on the core material of the product and the seating surface of the mating component by screw tapping. One seat has a hole and the other seat has a boss. If the hole center position and the boss center position are misaligned during assembly, it will not be possible to assemble the parts at a predetermined spacing. core material,
If the skin shape is correct, this is because the relative positions of the core material having the seat surface and the skin material are not at the predetermined positions. Generally, the shape of the skin material is a design aspect and has been precisely measured, so it is not modified.
The problem is solved by adjusting the position of the core material on the core set mold to correct the relative position of the skin material and the core material. This is an indirect correction method that has no choice but to be adopted because it is not possible to directly adjust the position of the skin material and core material using conventional methods, and the drawback is that it requires a large amount of man-hours for adjustment to achieve the required assembly accuracy. has.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an integrally foamed product in which a skin material and a core material are integrally foamed with polyurethane foam. A seat hole is provided in the core material with the seat surface of the former part, and a set pin is provided in the skin set mold, and after setting the skin material with a hole drilled in the part that corresponds to this set pin, this Fixing the core material having the seat surface through the seat hole of the core material having the seat surface to the set pin, fixing the latter remaining core material in a predetermined position of the core material setting mold, and then injecting the stock solution for polyurethane foam, The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polyurethane foam integrally foamed product, characterized in that a skin material, a core material having a seating surface, and the remaining core material are integrally foamed with polyurethane foam by foaming in a closed mold.

In the present invention, the core material is divided into two parts: a part having a seat surface for coupling with a mating part (this is referred to as core material B), and a remaining part (this is referred to as core material A). The core material A is set in a core set type, and the core material B is set in a skin set type, and they are foamed together. The skin set type is provided with a set pin, and has a structure that allows the core material B to be fixed in a predetermined position. The skin material is pre-drilled at the portion corresponding to the set pin, and is shaped so that the core material B and the set pin can come into direct contact.

The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings. 1st to 3rd
The figure shows the manufacturing process of the polyurethane foam integrally foamed product of the present invention. First, Figure 1 shows the injection of the stock solution for polyurethane foam. A core material A2 is set in a core material setting mold 1, and a skin material 4 is set in a skin setting mold 3. The core material B5 is fixed to a set pin 6 provided in advance on the skin setting mold 3 using a seat hole 11 in the core material B5. In this state, the urethane stock solution 8 is injected into the skin setting mold 3 from the urethane injector 7. At this time, the skin material 4 is provided with a hole 12 at the location of the set pin 6, and has a shape that allows the core material B5 and the set pin 6 to be positioned without using the skin material 4. Figure 2 shows the mold in a closed state. Urethane stock solution 8 is the skin material 4
This is a state where the foam is filled and cured between the core material A2 and the core material B5. FIG. 3 shows a state in which after the mold has been opened, the mold is removed and the burr 10 is cut with a knife 9 to obtain a predetermined product shape. FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of the core material B5,
It is shown that a seat hole 11 is provided for positioning with a set pin 6. FIG. 5 shows the shape of the skin material 4 before foaming, in which holes 12 are also provided. From FIG. 1, the relative positions of the skin material 4 and the core material B5 can be determined by directly measuring the dimension d and adjusting the dimension d to a predetermined value. Incidentally, the d dimension can also be changed by making the set pin slidable. Furthermore, the set pin can be stroked in one step or in multiple steps so that the set pin protrudes from the mold surface,
It can also be buried below the mold surface.

FIG. 7 shows a cross-sectional view of a product 16 obtained by a conventional manufacturing method in which the core material is not divided, for example, and a mating part 17 assembled without misalignment with a predetermined clearance dimension a. FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the assembly portion X, and shows that the center of the boss 18 and the seat hole 19 are aligned, so that the dimension a is maintained. FIG. 9 shows that the product 16 and the mating part 17 cannot maintain the predetermined clearance dimension a, and are misaligned in dimension b. 1st
Figure 0 is an enlarged view of the assembly portion Y and shows the cause of this, which is that the centers of the seat hole 19 and the boss 18 are misaligned by a dimension b. This is because the dimension c in FIG. 7 cannot be maintained, and the core material 2 deviates from the dimension b, resulting in the dimension c-b.
