And
This makes it possible to form a heat-insulating box, but it is normal to provide a door inside the box to store and remove stored items. When installing the door so that it is flush with the panel to be installed, a frame is provided so as to surround the door, and this frame is installed, but a flat surface is required to install this frame. Conventionally used columnar wood). Especially when the door is attached to the corner of the box, the groove cannot be placed in the corner, so the door can be attached, but when installing the panels on the top and bottom of the door, , For example, sectional view L
A special connecting member having a letter shape was required. Therefore, there is a problem that the connecting member protrudes from the panel surface and only this connecting portion cannot be flattened. In addition, since the recessed groove cannot be provided at the corner for mounting the door, a panel coupling device called a rotary lock cannot be provided either, which makes the panel installation work troublesome and There was also a problem that they could not be firmly fixed to each other.

The inner surface material having an L-shaped flange portion at an end portion which is arranged at a predetermined distance from the outer surface material, the columnar member located inside the end surface, the outer surface material, the inner surface material and the columnar member. In a heat insulating panel composed of a foamed heat insulating material filled in an enclosed space, the columnar member has a concave groove for combining convex portions of one side of another heat insulating panel, and a rotary lock is provided at a bottom portion of the concave groove. A guide groove for the hook is formed, a positioning groove for the pin that forms a pair with the hook is formed on one surface facing the guide groove, and a flat surface is formed on the side opposite to the surface provided with the concave groove. Between the flange of the inner surface material and the flange of the outer surface material It is arranged so as to expose the flat surface or the concave groove.

The columnar member (18) having both of the above is arranged at the corner portion of the panel so that the combination of the convex portion and the combination of the flat portion can be performed. Further, when connecting the heat insulation panel using the rotary lock hook, the pin is installed in the guide groove by inserting the pin from the positioning groove into the columnar member, and the surface corresponding to the rotary lock hook is used. The concave groove is exposed on the column and a columnar member is provided on the heat insulating panel so that the heat insulating panel can be connected by a rotary lock. Then, the columnar member (18) is molded with a foamed resin such as expanded polystyrene, and the thermal conductivity of the foamed heat insulating material (30) is almost the same as that of the dewed panel corner due to cooling inside the box. I try not to concentrate.

Front lower side wall panel (8) located at the bottom of the. In addition, each panel has a pair of inner and outer surface materials which are normally formed in a fixed rectangular shape and are arranged at a predetermined interval, and a foamed heat insulating material (for example, foamed polyurethane) filled between these surface materials ( 30), and a concave portion or a mounting portion, which serves as a connecting portion for connecting and connecting the panels, is provided at the peripheral end portions of the inner and outer double-sided materials. The concave portion and the mounting portion may be formed of a foamed heat insulating material, or a frame material formed by extrusion molding of a foamed resin such as foamed vinyl chloride may be provided. Then, a coupling device called a rotary lock in which the convex portion is combined with the concave portion and disposed in the convex portion and the concave portion (this is a hook body having a rotatable hook housed in a case and a hook body By rotating the hook, the hook forms a pair with a pin body having a pin caught by the hook), whereby the panels are firmly connected and fixed by a simple work. An example of this is explained below. The hook body is arranged inside the convex portion, the pin body is arranged inside the concave portion, and the hook of the hook body is rotated and hooked on the pin of the pin body to firmly secure the two. It is held and fixed.

As shown in the figure, when assembled on the left and right side wall panels that form the front corners, a flat surface is required for the mounting portion of the transparent door (3), so that the mounting portion in the conventional panel configuration is Since all are flat surfaces, it is not possible to assemble them with uneven parts. Therefore, the left and right front surfaces are configured so that the front upper wall panel (7) and the lower front wall panel (8) can be assembled with the convex portions (7A) and (8A) provided at the respective ends. The side wall panels (9) and (10) located at are described. However, in this example, only the left side wall panel (9) is taken up. In addition, the structure of the side wall panel (9) is substantially the same as the structure of the panel forming the corner of the box (1) (referred to as the corner forming panel), so the structure of the corner forming panel will be described first. .

もできる。A frame (26) for rotatably holding the transparent door (3) when arranging the columnar member (18) configured as described above on the side wall panel (9) located on the left frontmost side.
The flat surface (16) of the columnar member (18) is exposed to the portion (see FIG. 3) where the vertical side of the frame (26) is located so that the frame can be fixed by a fixing member (27) such as a screw. The columnar member (18) is arranged so as to project, and the concave portion of the columnar member (18) is provided with respect to the portions (see FIG. 3) where the front upper side wall panel (7) and the front lower side wall panel (8) are located. The columnar member (18) is arranged so that the surface (28) having the groove (17) is exposed, and the gap (P) between the flange portion (12) and the flange portion (14) of the side wall panel (9). Concave groove (1
Both a columnar member (18) showing the flat surface (16) and a columnar member (18) showing the flat surface (16) are arranged. For this reason, the frame (26) can be fixed as well as the front upper side wall panel (7) and the front lower side wall panel (8) in combination with the convex portions of the end faces, and the hook body of the rotary lock is used. When connecting, the positioning groove (25) formed in advance in the columnar member (18) can simplify the troublesome positioning work of the pin, and the pin can be formed into the columnar member by using the positioning groove (25). The insertion pin can be easily installed in the guide groove (24), and the rotary lock can be easily connected and fixed. On the other hand, since the columnar member (18) is molded from foamed resin such as expanded polystyrene, it has a lower thermal conductivity than wood and can prevent dew condensation.

Since the heat insulating panel is configured such that the flat surface or the concave groove is arranged so as to be exposed, if the flat surface and the concave groove are exposed between the flange portions, the flat panel and the concave groove can be formed as a convex portion of another panel. Not only a combination of the above, but also a transparent door can be arranged, and it is possible to correspond to any part as a heat insulating panel forming a corner portion of the box body. Further, if the columnar member is formed of foamed resin, the difference in thermal conductivity from the foamed heat insulating material can be made small, so that it is possible to prevent dew condensation from concentrating in the vicinity of the corners of the heat insulating box, and especially for transparent doors. It is possible to reduce the dew condensation on the front surface of the box body in which Furthermore, it is possible to combine the concave groove and the convex portion, and by inserting the pin corresponding to the hook of the rotary type lock from the positioning groove of the columnar member, the troublesome pin positioning work can be simplified. Can be easily connected and fixed to panels.
