Problems to be Solved by the Invention When a heat-insulating panel is combined to form a box-like shape and a corner portion is formed as a box-like body, a convex portion or a concave portion is formed only at an end portion in the plate thickness direction of the panel. Since it is not possible to configure it by itself, one of the panels arranged at the corners,
The end face in the plate thickness direction is a flat face, and the concave groove is formed at the end of the inner surface member, so that the convex portion provided on the other end face of the panel can be combined. This makes it possible to form a heat-insulating box, but it is usual to provide a door inside the box for storing and removing stored items. When installing the door so that it is flush with the panel that makes up the frame, a frame is provided so as to surround the door, and this frame is installed, but a flat surface is required to install this frame (formation of this flat surface). The traditional columnar wood was used for). Especially when the door is attached to the corner of the box, the groove cannot be placed in the corner, so the door can be attached, but when installing the panels on the top and bottom of the door, For example, a special connecting member having an L-shaped cross section is required.
Therefore, there is a problem that the connecting member protrudes from the panel surface and only this connecting portion cannot be flattened. In addition, since the groove can not be arranged at the door mounting angle, a panel coupling device called a rotary lock cannot be arranged, and the panel mounting work becomes troublesome, and the panels are attached to each other. There was also a problem that it could not be firmly fixed.

When disposing the columnar member (18) having such a structure on the side wall panel (9) located on the left frontmost surface, a frame (2) for rotatably holding the transparent door (3) is provided.
The part where the vertical side of the frame (26) is located so that 6) can be fixed with a fixing member (27) such as a screw (see FIG. 3).
In contrast, the columnar member (18) is arranged so that the flat portion (16) of the columnar member (18) is exposed, and the front upper side wall panel (7) and the front lower side wall panel (8) are positioned. The columnar member (18) is arranged so that the surface (28) having the groove (17) of the columnar member (18) is exposed to the portion (see FIG. 3), and the side wall panel (9). Both the groove (17) and the flat portion (16) are provided in the gap (P) between the flange portions (12) and (14). Therefore, it is possible to fix the frame (26) and to combine the convex portions (7A) (8A) and the concave groove (17) of the end faces of the front upper side wall panel (7) and the front lower side wall panel (8). Also, it can be fixed with a rotary lock. On the other hand, since the columnar member (18) is formed of foamed resin such as expanded polystyrene, it has a lower thermal conductivity than wood and can prevent dew condensation. Further, since the groove (17) and the guide groove (24) are formed in the columnar member (18), when the flat portion (16) is exposed, the foamed heat insulating material is discharged from the gap (R). The (30) penetrates into both the grooves (17) and (24), so that the contact area can be increased and the fixing can be performed more firmly. When the concave groove (17) is exposed, if the pin (33) is installed over the pin groove (25) in the guide groove (24), it can be coupled with the hook body (31) of the rotary lock. Become. In addition, if a protrusion that matches the guide groove (24) is provided on the convex portion of the panel, the protrusion and the guide groove (24) can be fitted and held.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, since the connection and the connection with the hook body of the rotary lock can be achieved only by installing the pin in the guide groove, the pin body paired with the hook body as in the conventional case. Need not be embedded, and the foaming jig required for attaching the pin body can be omitted. Further, since the columnar member has the concave groove, a frame material having a concave portion or a foaming jig is not necessary for forming the concave portion.
