In the case of the molded motor that is molded by the resin 8 injected from the injection machine 7, the stator 3 in detail, the lead wire 9 led out from the coil 2 is
As shown in FIG. 0, the bushing 10 is sandwiched between the bushings 10 which are formed in a completely divided shape, and the bushing 10 is pressed by the upper die 4 and the lower die 5 of the mating die 6 to press the bushing 10, and then the mating die 6 The resin 8 is injected into the mold to form a lead-out structure for the molded motor. However, in the case where the lead wire 9 is sandwiched between the bushings 10 which are formed in a completely divided shape, the bushing 10 is easily separated, so that it is difficult to set the lead wire 9.

点をも生じていた。Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, it is also practiced to use a bushing 11 which is not divided into two. However, in this case, the inner diameter of item 12 of the bushing 11 is the lead wire 9
If the outer diameter of the lead wire 9 is equal to or smaller than the outer diameter of the lead wire 9, it becomes difficult to insert the lead wire 9, so that the inner diameter of the item 12 must be larger than the outer diameter of the lead wire 9. However, in the case of doing so, a gap is formed between the above item 12 and the lead wire 9 in a state where the lead wire 9 is inserted, and the resin 8 leaks from the gap during molding, so that the injection pressure is increased. However, there is a problem in that voids and the like are increased and the appearance after finishing is deteriorated. or,
There is also a problem in that water and moisture enter after being formed through the above-mentioned gaps, which lowers the insulating property of the molded motor.

Is a core, 2 is a coil, 3 is a stator composed of the core 1 and the coil 2, 4 is an upper mold, 5 is a lower mold, and 6 is a combined mold composed of the upper mold 4 and the lower mold 5. Reference numeral 9 is a lead wire, which is led out from the coil 2 in detail of the stator 3. Reference numeral 13 is a bushing, which is made of an elastic material and has a thin connecting portion (for example, 0.1 mm or less) at a part (intermediate portion in the drawings) as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4. It is divided into two parts with the portion 14 left, and a groove 15 for inserting the lead wire 9 is inserted inside the lead wire 9.
For example, three strips are formed according to the number of. Here, the groove 15 is vertically larger than the outer diameter of the lead wire 9 in the normal state of the bushing 13, and the diameter is gradually increased outward by the small groove portion 15a and the large groove portion 15b. A flap-shaped opening 16 is formed at the outer end.
In addition, a concave portion 17 having an inner diameter sufficiently larger than the outer diameter of the lead wire 9 is formed in the inner portion of the groove 15 opposite to the above. For such a bushing 13, a lead wire 9
As shown in FIG. 5, each of them is inserted into the groove 15 and, as shown in FIG. 6, from the bottom surface of the bushing 13 to the portion above the connecting portion 14, the mating die 6 is inserted.
The bushing 13 is housed in the bushing housing recess 18 of the lower die 5, and then the upper die 4 is aligned with the lower die 5, so that the bushing 13 is sandwiched between the lower die 5 and the upper die 4. Then, the bushing 13 is tightened as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 and the thin connecting portion 14 is crushed, so that the lead wire 9 is pressed particularly in the peripheral portion of the small groove portion 15a of the groove 15. In this state, next, resin 8 is injected into the mating die 6 to mold the stator 3, and the bushing 13 is integrally molded. At this time, the portion where the recess 17 of the bushing 13 exists is
The end of the small groove portion 15a of the groove 15 is aligned with the inner surface of the mold and is positioned in the matching mold 6, and in that state, the recess 17 is formed.
The resin 8 is also filled in the inside.

良好に確保することができる。As described above, according to the first embodiment, the bushing 1 in which the connecting portion 14 is partially formed although it is divided into two parts.
3 is used, it is unlikely to be easily separated from the conventional fully-divided bushing 10. Therefore, it is easy to set the lead wire 9, and the conventional bushing 11 which is not bisected at all is used. In comparison with the above, there is a dimensional allowance between the groove 15 and the lead wire 9 in the normal state so that the lead wire 9 can be easily inserted, and in a state where the lead wire 9 is pressed and further molded. Since the bisected portion can be tightened to hold the lead wire 9 and keep it in a state without a gap, the injection pressure can be sufficiently increased without the resin 8 leaking during molding, and thus voids and the like can be generated. It can be eliminated and the appearance after finishing can be improved. Further, since the gap can be eliminated as described above, it is possible to prevent the intrusion of water and moisture into the molded motor, and it is possible to secure good insulation of the molded motor.

の隙間の発生をも無くすことができる。Further, since the lower die 5 of the mating die 6 accommodates from the bottom surface of the bushing 13 to a portion above the joint portion 14, it is possible to prevent the bushing 13 from being displaced from the joint portion at the time of die matching. This makes it possible to eliminate the occurrence of gaps more reliably. In addition, since the recess 17 having the inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the lead wire 9 is formed in the inner portion of the bushing 13 located inside the mating die 6, the resin 8 can be injected and filled therein. In addition, it is possible to more reliably prevent the intrusion of water and moisture. Further, in this case, by aligning the boundary portion between the concave portion 17 and the groove 15 with the position of the inner side surface of the matching mold 6,
It is possible to eliminate the inclination of the bushing 13 and the like, and it is more effective to prevent the occurrence of the gap. Since the groove 15 is formed in the two-step shape of the small groove portion 15a and the large groove portion 15b, the lead wire 9 can be surely held and held by the small groove portion 15a in a state in which the connecting portion 14 is crushed. Therefore, the large groove portion 15b can also be supported and held in an auxiliary manner, so that the deviation of the lead wire 9 can be prevented more reliably. In addition, the thickness of the connecting portion 14 is 0.1 [m
By setting it to be equal to or less than m], it is possible to eliminate the occurrence of a gap when it is crushed.
