Conventionally, a liquid injection device of this kind has been used in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Sho 38-1663.
The one disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 8 is known. Thus, the one disclosed in the publication is such that a transportation pipe supporting piece is fixed to the back of the groove cutting blade, and a flexible drug transportation pipe is loosely inserted therebetween, and in the case of forward movement, its discharge port. Is formed to have a length that can be bent behind the grooving blade. Therefore, the one described in the publication has a large resistance when proceeding because the groove cutting blade is directly inserted into a hard ground and is advanced, and the injection depth of the groove dividing blade is not constant, and , The permeability of the chemical liquid injected into the ground is also poor, and when the chemical liquid is injected into the soil divided by the groove-dividing blade, the gas generated by the chemical liquid escapes from the cleavage portion to the ground. As a result, a sufficient soil disinfection effect cannot be expected.

Therefore, in view of the above defects, technical problems to be solved arise in order to improve the soil disinfecting effect by the chemical solution injection and to reduce the resistance of the groove dividing blade (injection claw) advancing in the ground as much as possible. Therefore, the present invention has an object to solve the problem, and provides an injection claw whose lower portion is inserted into the ground,
In a liquid medicine injection device provided so that a flexible liquid medicine injection pipe is drawn along the back of the direction of movement of this injection nail and the liquid medicine is injected from the liquid medicine injection pipe along the movement trajectory of the injection nail. The liquid agent injection device is arranged at the rear of the rotary, and a plurality of holders are further provided on the rear surface of the rear cover, and the injection claws are detachably inserted into the holders, and the lower end of the injection claws is attached to the rotary. It is intended to provide a liquid medicine injection device characterized in that it is arranged above the lower end portion of a tilling claw.

Then, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the figure, 1 is a rotary. The rotary 1 has a rear cover 3 which is hinged 2 so that the surface of the cultivated soil is in sliding contact.
Further, the mounting seat 4a of the hollow cylindrical holder 4 is attached to the rear surface of the rear cover 3, the mounting seat 4a is mounted on the rear cover 3 with bolts 5, 5, ... And is movably inserted into the holder 4. The claw 6 is fixed to the holder 4 with the pins 7 ...
At this time, the lower end portion of the injection claw 6 is the plowing claw 8 of the rotary 1.
Is formed so as to be located above the lower end of the. Thus, the lower part of the injection claw 6 is inserted into the cultivated soil cultivated by the rotating plow claws 8 ...

And a flexible liquid agent injection pipe 9 such as a soft vinyl pipe
Is attached to the injection claw 6 by a holder 10 provided at an appropriate position along the back of the injection claw 6 in the traveling direction, and the delivery port 12 of the liquid agent pump 11 attached to the rotary 1 is attached.
The upper part of the liquid medicine injection pipe 9 is connected to the liquid medicine injection pipe 9, and the liquid medicine of the liquid medicine tank 13 is sucked by the liquid medicine pump 11 through the suction pipe 14 to inject the liquid medicine from the lower portion of the liquid medicine injection pipe 9 into the movement trajectory of the injection claw 6. Is configured as follows.

The liquid agent pump 11 of the illustrated example has a valve spring 16 having a diaphragm 15 fixed thereto as shown in FIG.
When the motor 18 is rotated by energizing in the direction of the arrow A in the figure, the cam 19 rotates and the switch 20 is intermittently connected, so that the electromagnetic solenoid 21 is switched between the excited state and the demagnetized state alternately. In the demagnetized state, the diaphragm 15 is concavely deformed in the direction away from the suction valve 22 as shown in the figure, so that the liquid agent in the liquid agent tank 13 is sucked from the suction valve 22 into the valve body 23, and the electromagnetic solenoid 21 is not excited. For example, since the valve rod 16 moves in the direction of the arrow A, the diaphragm 15 is convexly deformed toward the discharge valve 24, and the liquid agent in the valve body 23 is pressure-fed to the liquid agent injection pipe 9.

Since the present invention relates to the configuration as described in detail in the above-mentioned embodiment, the injection claw advances in the soil cultivated by the rotary. That is, since the injection claw is integrally attached to the rear cover, the injection depth is constant, and the lower end of the injection claw is located above the lower end of the tilling claw of the rotary. Since the resistance of the nail when the nail progresses is small and the chemical liquid is injected into the cultivated soil, the permeability of the chemical liquid is high and the soil disinfection effect is extremely large. Further, since the injection claw is inserted and attached to the holder, the injection claw can be easily replaced, and since the soil surface after the chemical solution injection is pressed by the rear cover, the gas is sealed by the disinfectant solution (chemical solution). Is a certain invention, and the soil surface is evenly leveled, so that various excellent effects are obtained.
