The present invention relates to a method for producing a pneumatic vinyl product that exhibits a three-dimensional effect.

この方法では、立体感の表現に限界がある。[Prior Art and its Defects] In the conventional method for manufacturing an empty vinyl product having a three-dimensional effect, the material is cut and formed for each convex portion, and the adjacent portions are welded with a margin. Since each part is processed and welded, there are drawbacks that the number of steps is large and the cost is high. When the air is filled, the material is not cut into individual convex portions without processing, one material has a margin, or one material is displaced from the other material and then welded. Unevenness was formed (for example, JP-A-63-7278). However, such welding work is not easy. Also, the material had a three-dimensional effect only by printing on the surface.
With this method, there is a limit to the expression of stereoscopic effect.

There are few examples of deep pursuit.

However, conventionally, it has been time-consuming to separately weld the same side portions of both bags, and also to make a small bag and a large bag.

And a high frequency is applied to the intervening portion of the heat insulating paper by means of a welder to weld the vinyl cloth on the front and back sides and the front and back side portions of the flat middle hanging vinyl bag, respectively.

The back surface of the hanging vinyl bag is welded to the back vinyl material, and the front surface and the back surface of the hanging vinyl bag are not welded.
Further, a product having a predetermined contour can be obtained by the step (c).

The middle-hanging vinyl bag 4 has a cross-sectional thickness at the thick line L portion when the product is inflated by blowing air. When trying to approximate the three-dimensional appearance of the face of the product to a natural shape, on the thick line in FIG. 1, the cross section becomes thinner toward the outside of the face and thicker toward the center. For example, when the sectional thickness at point A in FIG. 2 is set to 8 cm, the point B to 7 cm, and the point C to 3 cm, in FIG. 4, a to a '= 8 cm, b to b' = 7 cm, c to c. ′ =
It is possible to create a drawing that assumes the cross-sectional height of all positions of the thick line, such as 3 cm, with the thick line in FIG. 1 as the center. This is a plan view of the hanging vinyl bag shown in FIG.

Two rectangular vinyl sheets are stacked, and a thin thermal insulating paper 5 such as tracing paper is placed in the middle ( Cut a little smaller than the contour line), sandwich it with a welder along the contour line of the hanging vinyl bag, and cut it. That is, two flat vinyl bags 4 with the heat insulating paper 5 put therein are made for hair 4a and mouth and cheeks 4b. An air circulation hole 6 may be provided in each bag 4.

At the same time, the high frequency penetrates the heat insulating paper 5 and welds the lower part of the hanging vinyl bag 4 and the back vinyl material 2. That is, the upper two vinyl sheets having the thermal insulating paper 5 as a boundary are welded to each other. Therefore, the heat insulating paper 5 is naturally made of a material having thermal conductivity and flexibility that does not melt at the welding temperature of the welder.

At the same time as it fills up and begins to expand, air also enters the inside hanging vinyl bag 4 through the air circulation hole 6 in FIG.
Eventually, the effect of suspending the front surface portion and the back surface portion of the face from the inner side, that is, the effect of limiting the expansion / separation distance (cross-sectional thickness) of the front and back both surface portions of the face at a constant distance is achieved. In the illustrated case, a point is a to a ', and a point is b to a'.
At points b'and C, the thickness is maintained by the length c to c '.

Place a flat middle hanging vinyl bag, place the printed surface vinyl cloth on the vinyl bag, apply a high frequency with a welder on the line of the part where the concave part of the product is to be placed, the surface vinyl cloth, the hanging vinyl bag and the back vinyl The material is welded, the contour of the product is welded, and the product is cut, so that it can be welded at once without the need for welding with a welder for each front and back of the hanging vinyl bag. Becomes extremely easy. In addition, since the welding of both articles can be performed subsequent to the welding of the hanging vinyl bag and the front and back vinyl articles, the production efficiency of a pneumatic vinyl product having a three-dimensional effect is significantly improved.
