It is difficult to improve the work efficiency and increase the manufacturing cost. In order to improve this, the present applicant has previously proposed Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-4281, in which the top frame is made up of a large number of elastic steel wire rods (3'a) as shown in FIG. 8 (1).
Later is placed flat on the development of the canopy frame form (3 ') on the hood sheet to be stretched該幌frame (B 1) from, as shown in FIG. 8 (3) Horokotsu (3a ) Along the longitudinal direction of the tape-shaped hood sheet (B 2 ), both edges (B 2 ′) of the tape-shaped hood sheet (B 2 ′) are welded to the laid hood sheet (B 1 ), and the hood frame (3 ′) is attached to the hood sheet ( 3 ′). This is to form a hood structure attached to B 1 ) (see Fig. 8 (2)). However, in the vicinity of the connecting hood bone where each hood bone of the hood frame (3 ′) is adjacent,

There is a concern that not only the welding work of 2 ) is difficult, but also the peeling resistance strength of the welded portion after forced execution becomes weak. Hood frame
Since (3 ') is generally curved, the welding speed to the hood sheet (B 1 ) also slows down. This tendency is due to the fact that the welding width is wide and the hood sheet thickness is large in order to obtain the welding strength. The constraint on welding was added to the work efficiency.
Also, the time and labor required for cutting the tape-shaped hood sheet (B 2 ) that matches the shape of the hood frame (3 ′) and the arrangement of the side edge hood frames (B 2 ′) of the covered hood sheets for each hood frame. Many stepped welding boundaries are exposed and unstructured, and wrinkles due to external influences are observed due to hard-soft disproportionation at the welding portion, and these corrections have been a problem.

提供することを目的とする。In the structure in which the hood sheet is attached to the hood frame (3 ′) described above, the number of the bent skeletons formed by alternately connecting the hood frames 3a, 3a ... Since it was necessary to cover a large number of tape-shaped hood sheets (B 2 ) for each hood bone, there was a problem in the welding operation. Therefore, in the present invention, when the hood sheet (B1) is attached to the hood frame (3′a), the hood sheet of the rectangular tubular hood structure is superposed on the double hood sheet of the inner and outer hood sheets to form an intermediate portion of the hood sheet. The hood frame is configured to be tightly held in the portion, and the hood sheets on both sides of the squeezing holding portion are stretched on the intermediate layer of the hood sheets on both sides via the hood frame by the welding means. Thus, it is an object of the present invention to provide a hood structure that can more reliably and easily stretch the hood sheet on the hood frame and increase the work efficiency.

A gist is that a hood frame is loosely fitted in a portion of the hood and the hood frame is folded to form a rectangular hood structure.

When another thin hood sheet (inner hood sheet) that covers the entire hood frame is overlaid and the nearest part of each hood bone of the hood frame is welded from above, the hood frame is formed between the two hood sheets. Hold on. Therefore, in this state, the hood bone is loosely inserted between the polymer hood sheets at the portion where the hood bone contacts the polymer hood sheet, and the polymer hood sheets on both sides of the hood bone are fused and welded to each other. Bone metastasis is prevented. In addition, wrinkles are not generated due to the external force of the tension hood sheet generated on the hood bone part. It is flexible enough to move slightly around the hood bone, and the welded parts of both hood sheets form a flexible flange, which is equivalent to an elastic fold that can bend between the hood and the surrounding hood. To form a part. Further, there is no fear that the hood frame held tightly between the multi-layered sheets will be pulled out in the longitudinal direction of the hood body after being bent and made into a three-dimensional rectangular tube shape.

Adhesive is applied to the entire surface of the sheet or at a predetermined interval and a hood frame is placed on the sheet, and the hood bone is pressed at the same time from above in the same manner as in the welding operation. The frame can be firmly held between the polymerized hood sheets. Therefore, even in this state, the hood frame is stably developed between the polymerized hood sheets as in the case of the above-mentioned welding means, and then the fold-corresponding part of the three-dimensional hood structure has a multi-layer composition and a total strength. Withstands long-term fatigue. In addition, even when the folds are bent, the elastic force called waist is applied, and the multi-layer hood sheet around the hood bone protects the top body from tilting and rolling. The reaction force to the top bones is reduced, the abrasion damage between the top bones is prevented, and the compression pressure can be adjusted.

Inner hood sheet (2) over the entire hood frame (3) mounted on the outer hood sheet (1) in a so-called side-by-side manner in which a) are independently arranged in parallel.
As shown in FIG. 8, the tape-shaped hood sheet (B 2 ) is attached to the hood, as shown in FIG. 8, by stacking the hoods and adhering them in a straight line along the longitudinal direction of the hood (3). Compared to the so-called chain type in which the hood frame (3 ') is covered in a zigzag shape and the hood frame (3') is covered in a zigzag shape, the space between the hood bones is relatively Since it can be performed linearly in a wide range, it can be performed easily, reliably and quickly. Also both sides hood sheet
The hood body (A) formed in the rectangular tubular hood structure (A) by three-dimensionalizing the hood frame (3) held in the middle of (1) and (2) is a stretchable hood. FIG. 5 and FIG. 7 (plan view taken along the line YY of FIG. 5)
As shown in FIG. 2, when the vehicle C, C is attached to the vehicle metal frame 9 by the conventional technique, the upper and lower sides of the top bone (3a) are respectively adjacent to each other by different upper and lower sides of the top bone (3a). Each with the upper and lower pressers (6a) and (6a) of the connecting metal fittings (6), and pinch them, and then insert the vault (6b) into the polymerized hood sheet to insert the nut (6c).
The hood frame (3) can be formed into a chain form by fastening and being integrated with each other so as to prevent the sagging phenomenon due to its own weight at the central portion of the stretchable hood. When the structure of the hood (A) is deformed into a chain structure, the required hood frame (3)
It is needless to say that the overlapped hood sheets (1) and (2) to be attached need to be cut to an allowance so that the hood bone (3a) can be formed to be inclined so as to be movable to some extent. That is. Therefore, it is not necessary to form the folding top frame (3) troublesome awning frame of the chain type shown in Figure 8, such as dare conventional skeleton shape (1) of (3), hood sheet to the folding top frame (3) The welding (or adhesion) work efficiency required for attaching can be improved. Also, the hood frame
(3) is bent and three-dimensionalized into a hood structure (A),
The hood bone (3a), which is held by being loosely inserted between the inner and outer hood sheets (1) and (2), is not likely to come out of the polymer hood sheet. (7) indicated by a chain double-dashed line is a rainproof cloth that covers the upper side of the connecting hood and is stretched over the connecting end of the vehicle C.

Moreover, since the inner hood sheet (2) is selected to have a thin composition, the weight can be reduced as much as possible. Further, the welding layer (4) or the adhesive layer (5) of the tensioned hood sheets (1) and (2) themselves is formed by covering the tape-shaped hood sheet (B 2 ) on the hood bone (3) and at both side edges thereof. There is no need to make a step of the welding seam on the tension hood sheet as in the peripheral portion of the hood bone where (B 2 ) is welded [see Fig. 8 (3)], and the tension hood sheet itself is formed. It is flexible without sacrificing its softness, and the adjacent hood bones are urged by the elastic property called "waist" at the fold forming part of the intermediate part.
As a result, the hood structure is maintained in a good shape because it shakes during running and resists deformation strain caused by deviation and resists long-term fatigue.

Further, in comparison with the proposed method, the dark image of the connecting portion can be changed to the bright color by changing the front and back color tones of the polymerized hood sheet.

Has the advantage that it can be significantly reduced. Further, as in the present embodiment, as a measure for preventing the hanging of the connected hood body, the chain type hood structure is provided with the flexibility to easily transform the hood formation mode, and the functional effect can be improved. It has a practical and beneficial effect in addition to the economic and labor measures.
