【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明はLNG,LPG等の低温液化ガスタンク等のタ
ンクの内部を観察するための観察装置に関するものであ
る。

能に構成し、該観察装置本体3を前記筒体2の下部に支
持した状態に於いて、内蔵した観察手段4により、タン
ク1の内部の観察を行うものであり、観察装置本体3
は、前記筒体2の下部に支持可能で、旋回手段5を内蔵
した上部基体6と、該上部基体6から下方に突設し、前
記旋回手段5により縦方向の軸線回りに旋回可能に構成
した支持体7と、該支持体7に、横方向の軸線回りに回
動可能に支持した器体8とから構成し、該器体8に前記
観察手段4を構成すると共に、該器体8を傾動させる傾
動手段9を構成している。かかる装置に於いては、上部
基体6を筒体2の下端内周に突出した支持座10等の支
持手段により支持して、器体8を筒体2の外側に位置さ
せ、かかる状態に於いて、旋回手段5、傾動手段9によ
り器体8を夫々旋回、傾動させて、タンク1内部の適所
を観察するものである。器体8は、このような観察時姿
勢、即ち傾動状態のままでは筒体2の内側に引き込むこ
とができないので、引き込みに際しては直立姿勢に復帰
させなければならない。そこで、当該装置に於いては傾
動手段9に電磁クラッチ11を設けて器体8を自由に回
動できるように構成すると共に、該器体8は重心を回動
軸12よりも下方に偏倚させた構成とし、こうして傾動
手段9が故障した場合にも器体8を重力による自由運動
で直立姿勢に復帰させて筒体2の内側への引き込みを可
能としている。

旋回可能に構成した支持体7と、該支持体7に、横方向
の軸線回りに回動可能に支持した器体8とから構成し、
該器体8に観察手段4を構成すると共に、電磁クラッチ
11を設けた傾動手段9を構成し、前記筒体2の上部を
経て巻揚手段13に至る吊上ワイヤー14の下端を、前
記上部基体6を貫通させて前記器体8の上部に連結した
ものである。

手段の小型化が可能であると共に、該傾動手段や観察手
段の構成や配置の自由度が高くなり、設計が容易になる
と共に、観察能力の向上を図ることができるという効果
がある。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】タンクの上部に、下端を該タンク内上部に
開口した観察用筒体を構成すると共に、該筒体内に観察
装置本体を昇降可能に構成し、該観察装置本体を前記筒
体の下部に支持した状態に於いて、内蔵した観察手段に
よりタンク内部の観察を行うようにした装置に於いて、
前記観察装置本体は、前記筒体の下部に着座・固定可能
で、旋回手段を内蔵した上部基体と、該上部基体から下
方に突設し、前記旋回手段により観察用筒体軸線に沿っ
た縦方向の軸線回りに旋回可能に構成した支持体と、該
支持体に、観察用筒体軸線と直角な横方向に軸線回りに
回動可能に支持した器体とから構成し、該器体に観察手
段を構成すると共に、電磁クラッチを介した傾動手段を
構成し、前記筒体の上部を経て巻揚手段に至る吊上ワイ
ヤーの下端を、前記上部基体を貫通させて前記器体の上
部に連結したことを特徴とするタンク内部観察装置。
