Two heat-resistant insulating plates 1, 1'are arranged in a plane, and heating wires 2, 3 are wound around the two heat-resistant insulating plates 1, 1'in series. The heat-resistant insulating plates 1 and 1'are sandwiched between heat-resistant insulating plates and covered with a metal plate exterior body 4.

問題点があった。[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the conventional heater for an electric heater as described above, as shown in FIG.
Holes 5 and 5'through which the heating wire is wound are drilled at one end of each of them, and the winding end portion of the heating wire 3 of one heat-resistant insulating plate 1 is passed through the hole 5 and the inner opening 6 is covered with 1 ~
After winding twice, the other heat-resistant insulating plate is similarly wound around the hole 5'and the opening 6'inside thereof, and the heating wire 3 is wound around the heat-resistant insulating plate 1 '. In this way, it is necessary to repeatedly pass the heating wire 3 in the middle of winding through the holes 5 and 5 '.
Since the heating wire 3 passing through 5'is still quite long, the work is very troublesome, and it may not be possible to efficiently perform the winding work of the heating wire. However, there are problems that the product itself is twisted and its strength is impaired, or it may be cut.

It is simply, easily and surely fixed only by the operation of winding the cut portions 106, 106 from the outside a plurality of times. The heating wire 104 fixed in this manner is further connected to the other heat-resistant insulating plate 102 '.
Similarly, the heating wire 104 is fixed to the heat-resistant insulating plate 102 by simply winding it a plurality of times from the outside over the pair of notches 106 'and 106' formed at the ends of the heating wire 104. Two heat-resistant insulating plates that are wound around ′ and arranged in a plane
A planar heater is constructed by winding a heating wire 104 and the like around 02, 102 'in series.

Are arranged in a plane, the main heating wire 103 and the auxiliary heating wire 104 are wound in series between them, and both surfaces of the heat-resistant insulating plates 102, 102 'arranged in a plane are formed by metal plates with the heat-resistant insulating plates sandwiched therebetween. It is configured to be integrally held by the outer casing 105 that is formed. The main heating wire 103 is in the shape of a flat belt, and the auxiliary heating wire 104 is in the shape of a thin wire. The main heating wire 103 and the auxiliary heating wire 104 are wound so as to be lined up on both sides and only on one side. . The main heating wire 103 is for heating and the auxiliary heating wire 104 is for keeping heat after heating, for example.
