置に関するものである。

方法が往々用いられるので、その衝撃に耐え得る強度を
必要とする。従つて、羽根車をセラミツク製とすること
は実用上困難であるとされていた。

羽根車を構成せしめると共に、その羽根車のポンプ軸へ
の装着および抽脱が容易に行われ得る軸固定装置を提供
することを目的としている。

せた金属または不撓性の合成樹脂製のボス材を2個1組
となし、セラミツク製羽根車の背板中心部にボス材嵌着
穴を穿設し、背板の両面より上記ボス材をボス材嵌着穴
に嵌挿させて該嵌着穴の外周部を係止鍔に挟持させたと
き、両ボス材の対向面間に若干の間隙が形成される構成
となし、軸穴にポンプ軸を嵌挿して一方のボス材におけ
る係止鍔をポンプ軸の段部に当接させ、ポンプ軸先端に
螺装せられた締付ナツトを軸方向に締付けることによ
り、ボス材嵌着穴の外周部が係止鍔間に挾着状に固定さ
れるよう構成せられている。

のように木ハンマーで叩打しながら羽根車を装脱する必
要がない。従つて、セラミツク製による耐磨耗性に優れ
た羽根車4を使用して装着および抽脱の容易な軸固定装
置を提供することができるのである。そして、ボス材1
aおよび1bのみが加工性の良好な金属またはプラスチ
ツクで作られているため、ポンプ軸6と滑合する軸穴2
を精密に穿設することができ、キー溝Kの刻設も容易で
ある。
