う方法が往々用いられるので、その衝撃に耐え得る強度
を必要とする。従つて、羽根車をセラミツク製とするこ
とは実用上困難であるとされていた。

根車の背板中心部に前記ボス材の外周面と対応する非真
円形のボス材嵌着穴を穿設し、背板の両面より前記ボス
材をボス部嵌着穴に嵌挿させて該嵌着穴の外周部を係止
鍔に挟持させたとき、両ボス材の対向面間に若干の間隙
が形成される構成となし、軸穴にポンプ軸を嵌挿して一
方のボス材における係止鍔をポンプ軸の段部に当接さ
せ、ポンプ軸の先端に螺装せられた締付ナツトを軸方向
に締付けることにより、ボス材嵌着穴の外周部が係止鍔
間に挾着状に固定されるよう構成せられている。

ない。従つて、セラミツク製による耐磨耗性に優れた羽
根車4を使用して装着および抽脱の容易な軸固定装置を
提供することができるのである。そして、ボス材1aお
よび1bのみが加工性の良好な金属またはプラスチツク
で作られているため、ポンプ軸6と滑合する軸穴2を精
密に穿設することができ、キー溝Kの刻設も容易であ
る。
