[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the above-mentioned conventional means, in the former means shown in FIG. 1, the flexible tube c on the lower end side of the suction tube a is a reaction bead R in the test tube T. Although it comes to enter the lower surface side of B and suck and remove all the cleaning liquid, the flexible tube c scrapes the surface of the reaction beads RB, The coated antibody surface will be damaged, making the measured value inaccurate and the flexible tube c during use.
Due to the irregular shape attached to the surface, there is a problem that the residual amount of the washing liquid is rather increased or the surface of the reaction beads RB is stuck, which seriously damages the antibody surface of the surface.

That is, when the cleaning liquid W is removed by suction from the inside of the test tube T,
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, at the center of the inside of the test tube T, the opening g of the blowout tube e leading to the compressed air source is arranged, and the opening g of the blowout tube e is An inverted funnel-shaped guide wall f, which gradually expands in diameter downwardly, is arranged around it, and when air is blown out from the opening g of the blow-out pipe e at a high pressure, it comes out from the opening g of the blow-out pipe e. The blown out compressed air blows out while adsorbing to the inverted funnel-shaped guide wall f, so that it blows out like an umbrella, and at that time, the negative pressure generated on the center side of the funnel-shaped guide wall f. Due to
As shown by the arrows in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the tip side of the compressed air that spreads and blows out like an umbrella bends back toward the center of the guide wall f, and blows up at the center. That the flow y of the compressed air is generated, and this flow y of the compressed air causes the reaction beads RB to float as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 and rises. The reaction beads R and B do not rise from the position where a certain distance D is provided between the reaction beads R and B and the guide wall f due to the pressure of the compressed air ejected from the opening g of the blow-out pipe e. As it keeps floating in the air, the antibody surface on the surface is protected. The flow y of the above-mentioned compressed air also blows up by blowing up the bottom surface of the reaction beads RB floating in the air and the bottom of the inner surface of the tube wall of the test tube T.
The cleaning liquid W adhering to the lower peripheral surface of B and the inner surface of the pipe wall is blown up as a droplet, and as shown in FIG. 3, the suction port a of the suction pipe a disposed at the peripheral portion on the upper surface side of the guide wall f. 'Or, as shown in FIG. 4, the reaction beads R are carried to the suction port a'of the suction tube a which is arranged at the central portion on the lower surface side of the guide wall f.
The result is that the cleaning liquid can be sucked and removed cleanly from the peripheral surface of B and the inner wall surface of the test tube T.

However, in this method, the reaction beads RB floating in the air
May be balanced and may be in a stationary state. In such a case, the transport of the droplets blown up from the bottom of the test tube T to the suction port a'is suspended in the air and the reaction beads R. There was a problem that B took a long time to remove the cleaning liquid W cleanly.

Then, after further experimentation and research, when the opening g of the blow-out pipe E is biased toward one side and opened as shown in FIG. 7, the reaction beads R floating in the air・ B
Is slightly shifted in the direction in which the opening g is biased, and is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. 7 at a considerable speed to shake out the cleaning liquid adhering to the peripheral surface. In addition, the compressed air that flows along the inner surface of the tube wall of the test tube T below the compressed air flow y that floats the reaction beads R and B is indicated by the double-lined arrow z in FIG. As shown in the drawing, the washing liquid W remaining on the bottom of the inner surface of the tube wall of the test tube T becomes a flow Z that flows in one direction from the biased side of the opening g to the opposite side. As a result, it can be efficiently carried upward along the inner surface of the wall, and further, the blow-out tube e and the guide wall f are brought close to the bottom of the test tube T,
When the lower surface side of the reaction beads RB floating in the air is brought into contact with the liquid surface of the washing liquid W remaining at the bottom of the test tube T as shown in FIG. As a result, the cleaning liquid W adheres to the peripheral surface and is carried upward, which results in remarkably efficient removal of the remaining cleaning liquid by suction. The present invention has been completed based on these results.
