適水分を保ち得る技術を確立し、既に特許出願(特開昭

木口に培地薄層を形成し、種菌の活着位置を原木の上面
木口に限定すること技術を確立し、この技術にても既に
特許出願(特公昭57−61372号公報参照)してい

に上昇拡散して行く現象により、至極自然に原木2に直
接的な水分補給をすることができる。また、前記した紐
状物3で原木2を包んだプラスチックフィルム1を緊縛
した後に、種菌を接種するようにしているので、原木2
の上面木口にのみ限定的に種菌を接種することができ
る。その結果、菌糸の蔓延状態が系統的に関連すること
になり、榾木から発茸時に菌糸内の霊芝体形成用の養分
移動が円滑に行われる。つまり霊芝体発生段階での無駄
