Is formed so as to be directed obliquely downward, a covering piece 8 for covering the mountain portion 4 on one side is extended from the upper end on the other side of the panel body 5, and a locking convex portion 9 is provided at the tip of the covering piece 8. A heat insulating panel A is formed by projecting a fitting convex portion 10 obliquely downward on the other side, and the heat insulating panels A are butted against each other at the side portions, and the heat insulating panel A 1 is mounted on the mountain portion 4 of the other heat insulating panel A 1. Cover piece 8 for panel A 2
And the fitting convex portion 10 is fitted into the fitting concave portion 7, and the above-mentioned problem is solved. is there. [Operation] The mountain portion 4 of one heat insulating panel A 1 is covered with the covering piece 8 of the other heat insulating panel A 2 so that the locking projection 9 is locked in the locking recess 6 and the fitting projection 10 is fitted. Since the fitting concave portion 7 is fitted into the fitting concave portion 7, the joining strength is increased, and moreover, since the fitting concave portion 7 is formed obliquely downward and the fitting convex portion 10 is provided obliquely downward. At the time of joining, the fitting convex portion 10 can be fitted into the fitting concave portion 7 from obliquely above.
The lower surface 10a of the fitting convex portion 10 and the lower surface 7a of the fitting concave portion 7 serve as a joint surface so that they can be easily joined and excellent in workability. . The present invention will be described below based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. As the metal plates 1 and 2, a colored zinc iron plate, a colored aluminum plate, a colored aluminum zinc alloy plated steel plate, a stainless steel plate, a titanium steel plate or the like is adopted. A foamable synthetic resin material such as polyurethane or polyisocyanurate in which a polyol, an isocyanate, a catalyst, a foaming agent and the like are mixed is injected between the upper and lower metal plates 1 and 2 and foamed to be filled with a heat insulating material 3. A body 5 is formed. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the metal plates 1 and 2 are bent as shown in FIG. 2 to form a mountain portion 4 on one side of the panel body 5. 4, an engaging recess 6 is provided on the upper side of the inner side surface, a recess 11 is formed on the upper side of the outer side at a position corresponding to the engaging recess 6, and a fitting recess 7 is provided on the lower side.
Is formed in a diagonally downward direction. The lower part of the fitting recess extends obliquely upward so that the bottom of the fitting recess 7 serves as a groove-shaped water receiving portion 12. On the other side of the panel body 5, an end of the upper metal plate 1 is extended to form a substantially chevron-shaped covering piece 8, and the tip of the covering piece 8 has a locking projection protruding inward. 9 is provided, a projecting portion 13 is provided on the extending base portion of the covering piece 8 at a position facing the engaging projecting portion 9, and a fitting projecting portion 10 is provided on the lower portion so as to project obliquely downward. ing. And Thus, one of the insulating panel A 1 is the fixture 14 is a self-drilling screw from the top of the mountain portion 4 is fixedly DaIri the base member 15, the insulation panels A 1 as shown in FIG. 3 The side portion of the other heat-insulating panel A 2 is pushed obliquely from above and abutted against the side portion, and the crest portion 4 of the one heat-insulating panel A 1 is covered with the covering piece 8 of the other heat-insulating panel A 2 so that the fitting convex The part 10 is fitted while being guided by the fitting convex part 7, the locking convex part 9 is locked to the locking concave part 6 and the convex part 13 is locked to the concave part 11, so that the heat insulation panel A 1 A 2 is inserted through the packing 16. It is joined. In this case, the lower surface 7a of the fitting concave portion 7 and the lower surface 10a of the fitting convex portion 10 serve as a joint surface, so that the joint can be easily arranged.
Further, the upper surface 11a of the concave portion 11, the upper surface 13a of the convex portion 13 and the upper surface 7b of the fitting concave portion 7 and the upper surface 10b of the fitting convex portion 10 serve as negative pressure receiving surfaces to increase the bonding strength. or,
The water receiving portion 12 can prevent water leaking and falling water due to dew condensation water from entering the base material 15 side. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the covering piece 8 has an arc shape, and the mountain portion 4 of the joint between the heat insulating panels A 1 A 2 has a circular shape, and the mountain 4 has a rising portion. 4a and the base portion 8a of the covering piece 8 are negative pressure receiving surfaces. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the convex portion 13 is formed substantially in the center of the covering piece 8, and the negative pressure receiving surface is formed at a position away from the panel body 5.

き、施工性に優れるものである。In the present invention, the crests of one heat insulating panel are covered with the covering pieces of the other heat insulating panel to lock the locking projections in the locking recesses and the fitting projections to the fitting recesses. Since they are fitted together, the joining strength is increased, and moreover, since the fitting recess is formed obliquely downward and the fitting projection is projected obliquely downward, the fitting projection is not formed when joining. It can be fitted into the fitting recess from diagonally above and can be smoothly fitted with the fitting recess by being guided by the fitting recess. Moreover, the lower surface of the fitting projection and the lower surface of the fitting recess serve as joint surfaces. It can be easily joined and has excellent workability.
