(B) Conventional Technology A conventional refrigerator of this type is disclosed, for example, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-44233. That is, the structure shown therein forms a recess in the front surface of the refrigerator freezer compartment, accommodates the control circuit board therein, and hides this recess with a cover plate (operation panel). The switches on the board are exposed.
This makes it easy to set the temperature of the refrigerator on the front of the door.

(C) Problems to be solved by the invention When electrostatic noise enters such a circuit board, it may cause malfunction of the refrigerator. However, in winter, etc., the body of the user of the refrigerator is likely to be charged with static electricity, and the cover plate is usually made of a synthetic resin (insulator) with good moldability. When brought close to the switch, a current (noise) due to static electricity is likely to enter into the circuit board direction through the switch surface. Therefore, in the past, an iron plate was provided near the switch on the back side of the cover plate, and this was connected to the grounded refrigerator outer box with a lead wire to allow static electricity from the switch to escape to the iron plate and prevent it from entering the circuit board direction. Was.

However, with such a structure, since the iron plate for releasing static electricity is in the recess, static electricity from the switch does not go to the iron plate but goes to the circuit board in the same recess, which is not a sufficient noise countermeasure. was there. Particularly in recent years, since the depth of the recess is becoming shallower, there is a problem that the iron plate and the circuit board come close to each other, and this tendency becomes stronger.

(D) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention has a heat-insulating door that closes the opening of the heat-insulating box, and a storage part that is open at the front and is provided in the front part of the door and is grounded. A conductive partition plate, a control circuit board having an operation part and a through hole housed in the storage part, and a cover plate having a through hole through which the operation part penetrates and covering the front surface of the storage part. A conductive thin plate which is located in the vicinity of the operation part and which is attached to the front surface of the cover plate, a decorative plate which has a through hole through which the operation part penetrates and covers the thin plate, the partition plate and the decorative plate. And a conductive spring having one end fixed to the back surface of the thin plate and the other end penetrating the through hole of the control circuit board and fixed to the partition plate.

(E) Action According to the present invention, static electricity noise that enters from the operating portion of the switch is discharged to the ground in the order of the thin plate, the spring member, and the partition plate. Further, since the thin plate is on the front surface of the cover plate, the distance between the thin plate and the control circuit board can be secured even if the storage portion becomes shallow. Further, even if the distance between the thin plate and the partition plate changes, the electric path can be held even if the spring member expands and contracts.

(11) is pulled in, and the ground wire (15) is connected to a proper place on the rear surface of the partition plate (26). The lead wire (11) and the ground wire (15) are attached to the frame body (20), and are pulled out of the frame body (20) from a hinge collar portion (not shown) into which the hinge shaft (9) is inserted, Then, the heat insulating material (22) is poured on the rear surface of the front plate (17), the inner plate (21) is brought into contact with the rear end of the frame body (20), and the heat insulating material (22) is foam-filled in the jig. . Next, prepare the cover plate (30) with the control circuit board (12) attached to the shaft (31) in advance,
After connecting the lead wire (11) to the control circuit board (12), cover plate
Install (30) by engaging the front plate (17). Further extension part (39)

In this state, the coil spring (41) and the screw (40) form an electric path between the thin plate (38) and the partition plate (26), and the thin plate (38) is connected to the ground wire (1
It will be grounded to the ground by 5). As a result, even if the user is charged, the static electricity from the finger touching the operation part (32A) of the switch (32) escapes to the thin plate (38) close to the operation part (32A), and the coil spring (41), screw (40),
The partition plate (26), the grounding wire (15), the hinge member (8), the outer box (3) and the base leg (6) are discharged to the ground through the path (there is a few thousand volts, so there is no problem in capacity). It does not flow into the control circuit board (12) side, so that the malfunction of the control circuit is prevented. or,
Since the thin plate (38) is on the front surface of the cover plate (30) and not inside the recess (25), even if the depth of the recess (25) becomes shallow, the thin plate (38) and the control circuit board (12) The distance can be secured, and malfunctions due to noise can be reliably prevented.

Furthermore, even if the distance between the thin plate (38) and the partition plate (26) fluctuates slightly due to an assembly error, it can be absorbed by the expansion and contraction of the coil spring (41), and the restoring force of the coil spring (41) ensures contact. The electric path between the thin plate (38) and the partition plate (26) is secured, and the assembly is extremely easy.

(G) Effect of the Invention According to the present invention, the static electricity transmitted from the fingers to the operating portion when the operating portion is operated is a conductive thin plate located near the operating portion,
Since the conductive spring and the partition plate are transmitted in this order and discharged to the ground, they are not discharged to the control circuit board and malfunction due to static electricity can be prevented. In particular, the distance between the operation unit and the thin plate can be made smaller than the distance between the operation unit and the control circuit board regardless of the depth of the storage unit, so that a reliable countermeasure against static electricity can be achieved.
