被膜させる。(ホ)その後加熱成形したのち冷却して該
手袋成形型より手袋本体を反転剥離することによつて手
袋を完成させるものである。

による要因と相俟つてブロツキング現象を起こし、粘着

手袋成形型の浸漬工程が少なく作業工程が簡単化される
効果がある。そして、手袋成形型の表面を滑らかな滑性
面を形成したことにより、透明フイルムよりなるシール
を圧着するだけ仮付けが極めて簡単にでき、接着剤を貼
り付けする手間が不要となり作業性が著しく簡便となる
効果と、手袋成形型へのシールの取り付けが傾斜したり
位置が間違つた場合であつても接着剤を使用しないので
貼り変えが容易にできる効果がある。また、シールの透
明フイルムは手袋本体と同効素材を使用するものである
から、手袋本体がゲル化状態の時に該絵柄模様のシール
も完全に溶融して確実に両者を1体化し強固とする効果
がある。更に、透明フイルムの裏面に絵柄模様を画書
し、その表面を該滑性面に圧着せしめたものであるか
ら、手袋成形型より反転剥離して完成した手袋本体の表
面にはシールに印刷した絵柄模様の印刷面が露出しない
ので、各種絵柄模様が擦り減ることがなく長期間に亘つ
て美しく表現できる優れた絵柄模様付手袋を得ることが
できる。
