を完了する(第6図参照)。被加工板Aの曲げ加工が完
了すると、流体圧シリンダ14の作動により上型ホルダー
13を上昇せしめ、可動上型15及びスプリングパッド16を
原状に復帰せしめる。

状態で次第に曲げ加工が行われる(第2図参照)。そし
て、可動上型27が下死点に達した時点で固定下型22の成
型面に被加工板Aを圧接し、曲げ加工を完了する(第3
図参照)。このさい、被加工板Aはその両端が挾持され
た状態で、且つ、両端の間で引張されたり押されたりす
ることなく曲げ加工を行うため、被加工板Aにおける上
下の曲げ個所はショックラインと確実に合致する。

して装着されているから、被加工板Aの両端を押圧保持
した状態で可動上型27を第1スプリングパッド23の付勢
に抗して下降せしめつつ、漸次第1スプリングパッド23
と共に固定下型22方向へ同期にスライドせしめ、所要の
曲げ加工を行うことができるものであって、従来のよう
に曲げ加工時に被加工板Aを押したり引張ったりするこ
となく曲げ加工を行うことができ、ひいては、ショック
ラインが曲部以外に顕現せず、且つ、金型により擦られ
ることがないためスリ傷を生じることがないものであっ
て、美麗な化粧板などの表面を維持したままに曲げ加工
を行うことができる。また、孔を有する被加工板の場合
においても、孔付近に歪みや変形を生じることなく好適
に曲げ加工を行うことができるものである。
