[Prior Art] Conventionally, a surface finishing material is applied to the surface of a building, but due to the trend toward higher quality of building materials, a surface finishing material such as a tile is mainly adhered to a base material such as a cement extruded board. An integrated building material is manufactured and constructed by fixing with. In addition, in the case of large-sized tiles, metal fittings are also used together to prevent them from coming off.

Furthermore, in the microfilm of Japanese Utility Model Application No. 59-77288 (Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 60-188708), a fitting portion is formed on the surface of a cement plate having a hollow portion, and is fitted into this fitting portion. Described is a building composite material in which small tiles each having a portion formed on the back surface are fixed to each other. At this time, the cement plate 4 and the tile 6 are fitted with an adhesive, a mortar, a resin mortar, or the like. It has been shown that they may stick together at the same time.

In the construction composite material described in the microfilm of Japanese Patent Application No. 59-77288, since it is fixed with an adhesive or the like at the time of fitting, it is difficult to completely fill the gap with the adhesive in such a case. Since voids remain, there is a problem that if rainwater enters the voids after construction, it will cause frost damage, and if you increase the adhesive supply to prevent this, the gap between the tiles will increase. There is a problem that the adhesive leaks out from the tile and stains the tile surface.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The objects of the present invention are: 1) In a method for producing a composite building material in which an extruded plate and a surface finishing material are combined, a dovetail or dovetail groove is formed on the surface of the extruded plate. On the other hand, the back surface of the surface finish material is formed with dovetails or dovetails that mutually fit with the dovetails or dovetails formed on the extruded plate, and after fitting these, the above-mentioned surface finish Manufacture of a composite building material characterized in that a gap is formed between the materials and in a state where a sealing material is provided on the side surfaces of the extruded plate and the surface finish material on both sides of the extruded plate, and the gap is formed between them. Method, and 2) When filling the gap described in the first paragraph with a bonding agent, at least the surface side of the surface finish material is fixed by an adsorption device to ensure surface accuracy and to form a predetermined gap. It was achieved by each method of manufacturing composite building materials.

[Operation] In the method for manufacturing a composite building material of the present invention, since the space between the extruded plate 2 and the surface finish material 1 is opened by using an adsorption device in order to fill the space in the fitting portion with the bonding agent, adhesion is achieved. The agents are easy to inject and thus increase their bond strength, are safe without the risk of a strong bond breaking off. Further, the surface accuracy of the building material surface can be ensured by the filling ratio of the bonding agent and the adsorption device.

As shown in FIG. 1, these extrusion molded plate 2 and tile 1 are fitted with dovetail grooves 6 of the tile in dovetails 7 of the extrusion molded plate,
Inject the mortar 3 into the gap formed between them,
A composite building material A capable of suppressing rattling and firmly adhering the tile 1 to prevent peeling was completed. When the tensile strength of this composite building material was measured, it showed a very high value of 25 kgt / cm 2, and at a value above this value, the extruded plate was broken from the dovetail portion.

The composite building material A was manufactured using the adsorption pad shown in FIG. That is, when a 30 cm square tile is provided on a 60 cm x 2 m extruded plate to form a composite building material, smooth surfaces are adsorbed on both sides of the fitted extruded plate and tile.
While being sucked in, the gap was filled with mortar as a binder and cured. The surface accuracy of the composite building material thus obtained was very good, within 0.2 mm.
