た制御装置を介して連絡し、蒸気室の蒸気の圧力又は温
度を設定して、圧力又は温度が設定値より外れたとき
は、それに応じて電動バルブの開閉量を調節し、これに
よって蒸気室内の蒸気の圧力又は温度と蒸機への蒸気の
供給を制御するものである。

るようになっている。そして、蒸気室10と蒸機2との間
には蒸気の供給管11が配設されていて、所定量の蒸気を
蒸機2に供給するようになっている。又、蒸機2には生
茶葉の定量投入コンベヤ12が付設されていて生茶葉を蒸
機2に定量的に投入するようになっている。バーナー5
も通常のこの種のものと変るところはない。即ち、バー
ナー5には燃料供給管13が接続されると共に燃料供給弁
6が取付けられていて、バーナー5に対する燃料の供給
量を調節してバーナーの発熱量を制御するようになって
いる。そして、バーナー5の燃料供給弁6には第1の制
御器15Aからの出力信号を受けて作動して燃料供給弁6
から自動的に開閉する開閉器7が取付けられており、一
方蒸気供給管11の適所にオリフィス3が取付けられ、更
にその若干手前に圧力検知器4が取付けられていて、こ
れが上記した第1の制御器15Aに接続されている。これ
らは一種の蒸気流量制御機構であって、圧力検知器4は
オリフィス3の手前の蒸気の圧力を抵抗値に換えてこれ
を第1の制御器15Aに伝えるものであり、第1の制御器1
5Aはあらかじめ設定された値とこの抵抗値とを比較して
その差を4〜20mAD.C.程度の電流に換えて開閉器7に伝
え、その電流値に応じて燃料供給弁6を開閉させ、これ
によってバーナー5の火力を加減してボイラーの蒸気の
圧力を調節し、以って蒸機2に対する蒸気の供給量を設
定範囲内に保つものである。この様に構成されたボイラ
ーに、蒸気室10の蒸気の圧力を制御する機構を取付け、
蒸機2に供給する蒸気の温度を調節するものである。即
ち、ボイラー1の蒸気室10に圧力検知器14又は温度検知
器を取付けてこれを第2の制御器15Bに接続すると共に
蒸気供給管11の圧力検知器4より手前に電動バルブ16を
取付けてこれを第2の制御器15Bに接続する。圧力検知
器14は蒸気室10の蒸気の圧力を検知するものであって、
一例として抵抗式の圧力センサが具えられていて蒸気の
圧力を抵抗値に変えて第2の制御器15Bに伝えるもので
あり、一方、第2の制御器15Bはあらかじめ設定された
値とこの抵抗値を比較し、両者の差を電流に変えて電動
バルブ16に伝え、その電流値に応じて電動バルブ16を開
閉させて、蒸気の流量を調節するものである。
