As shown in FIG. 9, the conventional membrane 1 has a flat plate shape having hooks on the periphery, and as described above,
It is deformed as shown in Fig. 10 and is usually stretched by 60 to 70%, and rubber with good elongation of 300 to 700% is used. Then, at the time of deliquoring, as shown in FIG.
The liquid is drained while being deformed along the object 16 to be squeezed.

By the way, when the object 12 to be squeezed is squeezed by the method as described above, its volume is reduced and the height is reduced to half or less. However, since the pressing direction is from above, the diameter of the object to be squeezed 12 is conversely large, for example, the diameter of 950 mm,
After squeezing, the diameter will be 1000 mm to 1050 mm. At this time, as shown in FIG.
The outer peripheral portion of the object to be squeezed 16 is pressed against the conveyor belt 5 by the membrane 1, and the outer peripheral portion of the object to be squeezed 16 is locked and its volume is reduced. For this reason,
If compression is continued while the outer peripheral portion is locked, the membrane 1 expands in the direction of arrow 19 and moves in the direction of arrow 20, and thus the wash item having a small amount of expansion may be broken.

As shown in FIG. 9, there is a conventional membrane 1 in which the main body has a flat plate shape made of a highly stretchable material, and the hardness of only a small portion of the peripheral edge is increased. The ratio is about 0% to 10% of the radius. This membrane 1 is the 12th
When mounted in the state shown in the figure, the hardness of only the outermost peripheral portion 21 is high, so the membrane 1 cannot be pulled out from the stopper 2, but a triangular portion 22 is always generated in the vicinity thereof, so that inside the triangular portion 22. The outer circumference of the wash item 16 is easily locked,
When the object 16 to be squeezed is squeezed by the pressurized water 10 through the membrane 1 as shown in FIG. 11, many tears occur at the portion indicated by 23.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, according to the conventional membrane in this kind of dehydrator and the like, a depressing object having a triangular cross section is formed between the outermost peripheral portion and the conveyor belt during dewatering. At the end, the peripheral edge of the object to be squeezed is bitten into the sandwiching portion, and at the same time, the membrane is subjected to a force toward the central portion, and the object to be squeezed easily breaks.

The present invention was developed to solve these points,
By changing the structure of the membrane, even if the above-mentioned sandwiching part is formed between the outermost peripheral part of the membrane and the conveyor belt, a new pulling force by the membrane does not act on the compressed object sandwiched there. And it is intended to provide an effective membrane.

(Means for solving the problem) Therefore, the present invention, in a squeezing membrane for squeezing the liquid from the object to be squeezed, 15% to 35% of the radius from the outer peripheral end of the membrane toward the center thereof, preferably 18 % To 32%, the rubber hardness of the outer peripheral part over the range in contact with the object to be squeezed,
The rubber hardness is made higher than the rubber hardness of the central portion adjacent to the outer peripheral portion, and this is used as a means for solving the problem.

(Function) The membrane of the present invention has the rubber hardness of the outer peripheral portion over the range in contact with the object to be squeezed to be higher than the rubber hardness of the central portion adjacent to the outer peripheral portion. Even when the squeezing of the object to be squeezed is started, the outer peripheral portion of the membrane is suppressed from being stretched, and the portion does not deform toward the center of the membrane even during deliquoring, and moves only in the squeezing direction. Therefore, even if a part of the object to be compressed is locked at the sandwiched portion between the peripheral edge of the membrane and the conveyor belt, no tensile force acts on the object to be compressed and it does not break.

FIG. 1 shows a membrane which is one of the embodiments of the present invention. In FIG. 1, 51 is a membrane and its cross-sectional shape is the same as that of the conventional one, but in this embodiment, the outer periphery thereof is Hardness is increased over a considerable width of the part.

More specifically, in the conventional membrane shown in FIG. 9, the hardness of only the outermost peripheral portion of the bell 3 that engages with the stopper 2 is increased. However, according to this embodiment, As shown in FIG. 2, the hardness is increased not only to the engaging portion with the stopper 2 but also to a considerable portion that wraps the object to be compressed beyond the sandwiching portion 56 formed between the membrane 51 and the conveyor belt. . To explain this more specifically, the length l 1 of the hatched portion 52 shown in FIG. 1 is 15% of the radius to the center 53.
The hardness of this portion is increased so as to occupy ˜35%, preferably 18% to 32%.

Here, when the ratio is 32%, particularly 35% or more, the stretchable portion of the membrane 51 is too small to be uniformly deformed during pressing, resulting in the state as shown in FIG. It cannot be wrapped completely and cannot be evenly squeezed, making its use practically impossible.

Incidentally, in the hardness-increased portion 21 of the conventional membrane 1 shown in FIG. 9, the value corresponding to l 1 shown in FIG. 1 is 0% to 10% as described above.

When the structure of the membrane is the same as that of this embodiment, the extension of the outer peripheral portion of the membrane 51 in the direction of arrow 54 in FIG. 2 is suppressed, and this portion is in the direction of arrow 54 during deliquoring, that is, the membrane.
It does not deform in the central direction of 51, and changes only in the direction of arrow 55, which is the direction in which the object to be compressed is squeezed. Therefore, even if the object to be squeezed is locked at the sandwiched portion indicated by 56, no tensile force acts on the object to be squeezed and no breakage occurs.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, which is the same as the above-mentioned embodiment in that the shaded portion 62 which is the outer peripheral portion of the membrane 61 has high hardness, but in the case of this embodiment Is formed so that the hatched portion is raised so that the cross section thereof, which is close to the shape of the object to be squeezed after deliquoring, has a bowl shape.

At the time of deliquoring, the high-hardness slanted portion 62 of the membrane 61 moves only in the direction of arrow 55 (the direction of squeezing of the object to be squeezed).
Even if the lock portion shown by is formed, a tensile force does not act on the object to be squeezed, and a force of only compression is applied, so that the object to be squeezed does not break.

Moreover, since the cross-sectional shape of the membrane 61 is close to the shape of the object to be squeezed to be drained as shown in FIG.
The hardness increasing portion of 62 is particularly effective because the force in the direction of arrow 54 in FIG. 5, that is, the radial direction of the membrane 61 is not acting.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, the present invention has a radius of 15% to 35% from the outer peripheral edge toward the center of the membrane, preferably
The rubber hardness of the outer peripheral part in the range of 18% to 32% in contact with the object to be squeezed is higher than the rubber hardness of the central part adjacent to the outer peripheral part, so there are few parts with rich stretchability of the membrane There is no problem that it will not be evenly deformed during squeezing and will not be able to completely wrap the object to be squeezed, so that uniform squeezing will not be possible, even if the outer peripheral edge of the object to be squeezed Even if it is sandwiched at the time of deliquoring, the peripheral edge of the membrane moves only in the squeezing direction of the object to be squeezed and gives a good squeezing action to the object to be squeezed, and it is directed from the peripheral edge of the membrane toward the center, Since there is no extension such as pulling toward the center while sandwiching the peripheral edge portion, there is no defect such as breakage of the object to be squeezed.
