する場合は2台の認識付実装ロボットが必要である。

ット1面上の横の列内の電子部品をプリント基板19上に
実装完了すると、xyテーブル16面上で垂直方向に上下す
る駆動部20を有するパレット送り爪21の下降によりパレ
ット1内の電子部品を入れる側面15aに当て、xyテーブ
ル16の動きにより定ピッチ送りをし、パレット内の次の
電子部品を電子部品吸着部17により順次吸着する。空に
なったパレットは、パレット摺動部22面上より、プリン
ト基板搬送部18の下部に位置するパレット排出コンベア
23上に落下し、コンベア駆動モータ24によりパレット排
出コンベア23上を空パレット6bはパレット排出BOX25内
に落下し収納される。パレット摺動部22上を定位置まで
パレット6aがピッチ送りされると、パレット検出器26が
作動しチェーン式ストッカー8が1ピッチ下降し次の電
子部品の入ったパレット6cを排出シリンダー13により排
出プレート14を動かせ一定量送り出す。このようなパレ
ットを一定量収納したチェーン式ストッカー8を複数個
並べることにより、複数品種を収納したパレット供給が
可能である。また、パレットの巾の変更に対応して巾調
整ハンドル27を回すことによりチェーンストッカーの片
側面8bがガイド28にそって移動できる。又、パレットの
長さの変更に対応して排出プレート14を調整して対応で
きる。
