By the way, in recent years, roundish pellets have been desired due to consumer preference. However, in the conventional method, only a pellet with a straight edge is obtained, and the shape is also a monotonous shape such as a quadrangle, and the floor material obtained by using this pellet is stiff and demands from consumers. Did not meet.

In addition, since the pellets obtained by crushing the sheet with a crusher will be deformed such as warpage, when manufacturing pellet pattern flooring with conventional equipment, the sheet obtained at the final finishing stage
In the step of coating the PVC paste with a doctor blade, pellets were clogged when there was only a gap under which the pellets could pass, which was not preferable.

At this time, a glass plate (not shown) may be provided on the inclined vibrating plate with a gap through which only one pellet can pass, but since the pellet of the present invention does not deform, it does not get caught in the gap and is not boring. The pellets are efficiently supplied onto the substrate through the gap.

The obtained pellets are glued with a doctor blade 9.
Placed on a coated glass paper 10 or a composite sheet base material 11 of glass fiber and organic or inorganic fiber, and rolled.
It is supplied between 12 and 12 ', placed on the base material 11, and subsequently passed through an oven 13 to fix the pellets on the base material. Further, the PVC paste 14 is coated with a doctor blade 15 so as to form a gap between the base material and almost one pellet, and the paste is filled between the pellets.

Example 100 parts by weight of PVC, 40 parts of plasticizer, 200 parts of calcium carbonate
A 1.5 mm thick sheet that had been mixed and heat kneaded was cut into a rounded pattern with a Thomson blade to produce pellets with an average of 5,000 mm 2 . This pellet is prepared in multiple colors, 2,000 g / m 2 on a glass fiber-pulp mixed paper substrate coated with a known PVC paste-based adhesive through a hopper and a tilted vibration plate.
The PVC paste adhesive was gelled and fixed on the base material. Next, a transparent PVC paste for coating the floor material surface was applied so as to fill the gaps between the pellets, and the paste was heated to gel to obtain a pellet pattern floor material of the present invention.
