Field of the Invention The present invention allows a small tube to be supplied with a required amount of air according to the road condition only when the road condition requires the spike without constantly projecting the head of the spike to the outside of the tire ground contact surface. Inject it to inflate a small tube to push up the flange support plate and flange, push the spike head out of the grounding surface of the tire body and use it with a non-slip effect to create a road condition that does not require spikes. In this case, the air in the small tube can be exhausted and the head of the spike can be retracted to be used in the same manner as a general snow tire or statless tire. If you suddenly reach a road condition that requires spikes while driving with the spikes retracted, part of the air in the large air chamber of the tire body is diverted to a small tube by operating only the A valve, and the spike head Since it is possible to push up the part and make it anti-slip, if you install the tire of the present invention during the snow season, you do not need to change the tire until the time when the need for winter tires disappears, saving time, efficient operation of the car, Even if there are sudden changes in road conditions, you can drive safely without being distracted by the legs of the car. There is no damage to the pavement surface of roads and road markings, there are conveniences such as reduction of management costs, and it has a wide range of industrial applications.

Description of the Related Art Conventional spike tires have a structure in which spikes are press-fitted and embedded from the surface of a tire tread and the head of the spike is always projected and fixed to the outside of the tire tread, so that the pavement surface is exposed. It runs as it is, scrapes road pavement and road markings to generate car dust, which causes so-called car dust pollution, which harms human health.

ところである。In the present situation where the radius of action of the vehicle is wide, the vehicle in which the spike tire is worn outside the designated area of the law cannot pass without removing the spike tire when entering the designated area at a short distance. However, it is thought that traffic accidents will increase and it will lead to a serious injury resulting in a serious injury due to the fact that the snowmelting agent is sprayed in a limited small area and the road management for poor snow removal and tire improvement are not progressing. Improvement is strongly requested.

The effects of using spiked tires on the health and environment of the residents have been debated for a long time, and in order to eliminate their adverse effects, the "Act on the Prevention of Spike Tire Dust Generation" was promulgated last year, and the interest of the residents was raised. Although it is currently deepening, we are actively agreeing to use statless tires because it resonates with the prevention of accidents.
There is a lot of snow and the road freezes, and in places where there are slopes, it is scary to run unless it is a spike. There is a great deal of anxiety if it is not spiked tires, because each driver has experienced dangers when driving with a vehicle other than spiked tires. In early winter, when the temperature is high and snow is extremely low, we are refraining from using it due to the de-spike, but when the cold becomes stronger, the road surface freezes, and there is more snow,
The current situation is that many transportation companies and ordinary residents are changing to spike tires. Carrying tires for changing shoes at all times and changing tires during running are also poor in practicality, and the spike tire of the present invention can immediately solve the problem.

ある。The present invention has been invented for the purpose of preventing generation of car powder and preventing slipping on a road surface in a snowy or frozen state. Although the "law on the generation of spiked tire dust" is banned to be "a metal stud or the like fixed to the ground contact portion of the tire", the present invention is free from snow. On the road, the spike 11 is retracted into the tread 17 of the tire to drive, and on a road with ice, snow or freezing, air is injected into the small tube 7 by an air injection device, or a valve is operated from the large air chamber 22 of the vehicle. The air is diverted to fill the small tube 7 and project the head of the spike 11 to prevent it from slipping. On roads where there is no snow and snow and the paved surface is out, the valve can be easily exhausted and the head of the spike 11 It is legal and rational because it runs without pulling car powder from the ground contact surface.
