る。[Detailed Description of the Invention] (A) Industrial Application Field This invention prevents the head of the spike from always protruding outside the tire contact surface, and only when the road condition requires the spike, a small air chamber is placed inside the tire. The air pressure is injected to the same level as the air pressure in the chamber, and the spike operation panel is pushed up to push the head of the spike to the outside of the tread of the tire body to prevent slipping. When the road surface condition does not require spikes, a small amount of air is used. After exhausting the air from the chamber and retracting the spike heads, the tires can be used in the same way as regular snow tires or studless tires.

り産業上の利用分野が広い。 When road conditions suddenly arise that require spikes while driving, a portion of the air inside the tire is pumped into the small air chamber by operating only the A valve without using an air pump etc. to push up the head of the spike. If the tire of the present invention is installed during the snowy season, there is no need to change the tire until the time when winter tires are no longer needed. Therefore, the following conveniences and industrial applications are possible. wide.

Then, even if the road surface conditions do not require spikes, I always drive as is because I do not carry summer tires or snow tires, and because it takes time and effort to change tires, I always drive as is, and I do not care about road pavement or road markings. They scrape things and generate car dust, and the worn parts of the spikes fly off, causing so-called car dust pollution, which harms people's health.

Road surfaces become slippery with ice, making it difficult to start, leading to congestion in urban areas and the risk of exhaust gas pollution.

に強く要望される。(c) If the use of spiked tires is prohibited, vehicle powder pollution will not occur, but now that the radius of movement of cars has become wider, it is difficult to spray ice melting agents in limited small areas or to perform poor snow removal. At present, where improvements in road surface management and winter tires are not progressing, the number of traffic accidents as a whole has increased dramatically, and the number of accidents resulting in injury or death is expected to be directly proportional, creating a major social problem. Therefore, there is a strong demand for improvements to roads and winter tires as soon as possible.

By the operation in step 1, the heads of the spikes 8, 8 can be used by feeding them into the small air chambers 6, 6 and protrude in a short time, thereby freeing the user from the troublesome work of injecting air, and making it possible to immediately respond to road conditions. Measures can be taken.

できる。(nu) Spraying ice-melting agents on paved roads will cause roadside trees to wither. Negative effects such as groundwater contamination, rust on cars, and damage to road surfaces are expected, and it is said that ice melting agents are less effective when snowfall of 5 cm or more occurs intermittently or when the temperature drops below -10 degrees Celsius. Spraying the ice melting agent every time requires a huge amount of road management costs, and it is difficult to fully implement the spraying of ice melting agent due to financial aspects of road management and environmental issues. Solvable.

粉の発生を防止するスパイクラジアルタイヤ。[Claims] 1. The spike operating body S is made of the same rubber material as the tire body T, and has a half-moon cross section that matches the curvature of the inner wall of the tire body T, and has a half-moon shape in cross section that matches the curvature of the inner wall of the tire body T. Attach the inlet and exhaust pipe 1 used for
The tire inner chamber 17 serves as the skeleton of the spike operation body S.
In the center of the spike operation main body carcass 2, which holds air, there is a small air chamber 6 to support the weight of the vehicle.
In order to protect the small air chamber 6, the center reinforcing board 3 made of a rubber material and the part that will become the small air chamber 6 are spaced apart at a certain distance, and the cross section made of a rubber material is deformed in order to support the weight of the own vehicle on both sides and protect the small air chamber 6. Wedge-shaped side reinforcement plate 4
The spike operation panel 5, which is made of a wear-resistant belt-like rubber layer and moves the spikes 8 up and down, is glued on the upper surface of each of the reinforcing panels 3 and 4, and the central reinforcing panel 3 and the side reinforcing panels 4 are bonded together. A small air chamber 6 is provided in between to store air for pushing up the spike operation panel 5, and a central reinforcement panel 3A is installed at the center of the upper surface of the spike operation panel 5 so as to be directly above the center reinforcement panel 3. Deformed wedge-shaped side reinforcement plates 4A are placed at the left and right ends of 5 at positions directly above and on the sides of the side reinforcement plates 4.
A concave groove 7 is formed between the central reinforcing board 3A and the side reinforcing board 4A, and the flange 9 of the spike 8 receives a wide range of air pressure when the spike 8 is pushed up, increasing the supporting force. Therefore, the diameter is increased to ensure proper contact with the tire carcass 12 and the spike operation panel 5, and in order to maintain the stability of the spikes 8, the periphery is covered with a rubber material to cover the flange 1.
0, and a plurality of spikes 8 are press-fitted into the inner wall of the tire body T, from both sides of the tire body carcass 12 in a zigzag pattern toward the ground contact surface, with their heads slightly protruding from the surface of the tread 13, and are press-fitted into the tire body carcass 12. The concave groove portion 7 of the spike operation main body S is covered with the flange 9 that is in close contact with the flange 9, and the upper part of the central reinforcing board 3A and the upper part and the side parts of the side reinforcing board 4A are glued to the tire main body carcass 12. The tire main body T and the spike operating main body S are integrated, and the head of the spike 8 can be protruded or retracted by injecting or exhausting air into the small air chamber 6. Spiked radial tires that prevent the generation of car powder by inserting and removing the spikes by operation. 2. The flange 9 is covered with a flange cover 10 made of a rubber material with high abrasion resistance equal to or higher than that of the rubber material of the tread 13, and the spike can be inserted and removed by air operation, as described in claim 1. Spiked radial tires that prevent the generation of car powder.
