Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、内面に熱接着性樹脂層を有する包装袋に液
体、とくに起泡性の液体を充填する方法に関する。

部にヘツド・スペースを残して開口部を封緘したり、ま
た、コーヒー飲料、豆乳等の起泡性の液体を充填する場
合は、該液体を包装袋からあふれさせて、あわを取り除
き、開口部を封緘する方法が採られていた。しかしなが
ら、ヘツド・スペースを設けて封緘する場合は、ヘツド
・スペース内に残存する空気により、内容品が変質する
恐れがあつた。また、液体をあふれさせて充填する場合
においては、包装袋の外面が汚れたり、内面に液体が付
着しているため熱封緘が充分行われなかつたり、封緘時
の熱接着バー(シール・バー)により包装袋の外面に付
着した内容物が焦げて異臭を発生したり、充填機本体や
作業環境を汚染することがあつた。

内層にポリエチレン・ポリプロピレン等の熱接着性フイ
ルム1を用いた複合包装材料である。2は、熱接着性フ
イルムに積層された表面材料であつて、ポリエチレン・
ポリプロピレン・ポリエステル・ナイロン等のプラスチ
ツクフイルム、アルミニウム箔等の金属箔を耐熱性・防
気性・遮光性・剛性等の所望する性能を付与するために
選定された単層、あるいは複数層を適宜の順序で積層し
た積層フイルムであり、これらの包装材料を用いて包装
袋を製造する場合は、前記の熱接着性フイルムを最内層
になるように折り返えすか、あるいは重ね合せて必要周
側縁を熱接着する、いわゆる三方袋、もしくは両側縁部
に襞を形成したガゼツト袋を形成するか、あるいは、前
記したような包装材料を包装袋の底部となるように逆V
字型に挿入した、いわゆる自立性包装袋を形成したもの
である。

3の外壁面を押圧して、包装袋3上部に残存する空気を
排出させ、開口部5上端よりやや下部において液体を噛
み込んで液中シール6して熱接着し、接着部より上部に
ある液体を適宜手段7を用いて吸引脱出させたのち、包
装袋の上端部8を熱接着したものであり、特にコーヒー
飲料、豆乳のように起泡性の液体に適用して有用であ
る。この場合の熱封緘は、内容物を噛み込むシール、上
部の残存液体を排出させたのち開口部即ち上端部の熱接
着シールとも、熱板によるシール、インパルスシール、
超音波シール、誘導加熱シール等公知の方法が利用でき
る。また、上部に残存する液体を外部に排出する方法と
しては、適宜手段、例えば、当該部分のノズル7を差し
込んで残存する液体を吸引してもよい。

体を吸引脱出させたのち、開口部を熱封緘しているの
で、包装袋内部にヘツド・スペースが存在しないため、
内容物を変質する恐れもなく、また充填に際して液体が
外部にあふれることもないので包装袋の外面を汚染する
ことがない。従つて、充填機械を汚すこともなく、作業
環境を悪化させることもない。
