直下の地盤をもとの堅牢な地盤のままに保持でき、更に
パイプ両端部の埋戻しが不要であり、それだけ埋戻し量
を少なくできる。従って、埋設地の地盤のゆるみ、乃至
は軟弱化をよく排除して、埋設パイプに沈下量測定棒を
取付けることができ、埋戻し後での埋設パイプの沈下を
軽度なものにとどめることができる。
