【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】実質的に短円柱形状を有するゼリー状小物
品をその実質的に円形の端面を水平にして載置したもの
を被移載物品とし、これを、対向する接近・離隔自在の
一対のアームによって把持し、ある載置された位置から
他の位置へ上記被移載物品をその姿勢を保ちつつ移し替
える移載ハンドにおいて、 上記一対のアームの一方は、実質的に水平に延設され且
つ上記被移載物品の幅より小さい水平方向の間隔をもっ
て実質的に同一水平面上に並設された2本の第1の針状
片を備えた把持用アームであり、この2本の第1の針状
片はそれぞれの先端に向かって漸次細くとがっていて上
記一対のアームの接近動作において上記被移載物品を側
面から突き刺して把持するようにしたものであり、 上記一対のアームの他方は、上記把持用アームと実質的
に対向して配置された剥離用アームであって、上記第1
の針状片の各々と実質的に同形状で、上記2本の第1の
針状片の実質的に中間下方に向かって延びる1本の第2
の針状片を備えており、この第2の針状片は先端が下が
るように傾斜し、その先端は上記被移載物品の厚さより
小さい範囲で上記第1の針状片の先端の高さより低くな
っており、上記一対のアームの接近動作により上記被移
載物品の下面にもぐり込んでこれを載置面から剥離させ
且つ上記2本の第1の針状片と共に上記被移載物品を担
持するようにしたものであり、 平面図における関係において上記把持用アームと上記剥
離用アームとの間における位置に被移載物品保定用の押
圧部材が設けられ、この押圧部材は、常に上記把持用ア
ーム及び剥離用アームの間の上方に位置しつつ昇降自在
であり、且つ、上記第1の針状片及び上記第2の針状片
が上記一対のアームの離隔動作によって互いに離隔し始
める前に下降して移載先における被移載物品に当接し、
それによりこの被移載物品の底面の一部を載置面に密着
させ、且つ、その後、上昇してこの被移載物品から上方
に退避するようにしたものである、 ことを特徴とするゼリー状小物品の移載ハンド。
