にくいものである。このためこれら重質油を水と混合し
て水中油滴形(以下O/Wという)とすれば,媒水の水に
近い低粘度化を達成出来るが,そのために重質油含有量
が下がれば燃料として好ましくない。そこで重質油分濃
度を高くしてO/W形燃料に調整するには,分散剤が不可
欠であり,分散剤を添加しているが,現在使用されてい
るものは脂肪酸エステル系,高級アルコール系ポリエー
テル化合物類のもので性能的に不足である。このためエ
マルジョン燃料として外国から我国に輸送してきたとき
には重質油粒子同志の会合による粗粒化によって,燃料
