【発明の詳細な説明】〔産業上の利用分野〕この発明はプレートの上で焼肉などを調理する加熱調理
器とプレートをはずし電気コンロとして使用できる加熱

（８）とがスペーサ（14）を介して固定されるまた遮熱
板（８）と遮熱板（９）とは第２図および第３図に示す
ように爪（9A）を遮熱板（８）に設けられた穴（8B）に
挿入することにより固定され，遮熱板（９）とガード
（10）とをネジにより固定し全体を組立て構成してい
る。（15）はコントローラで，第５図に拡大して示すよ
うに先端に温度センサーを有するパイプ（16）を有して
いる。（17）は加熱プレート（１）の温度をコントロー
ラ（15）に伝える為のヒートコンダクタA,（18）はシー
ズヒータ（２）の熱をコントローラ（15）に伝える為の
