【発明の詳細な説明】［産業上の利用分野］本発明は、プレート上で焼肉や鍋物などを調理する加熱

（６）は各種調理部に合わせて加熱プレート（５）を覆
うため使用され、あるいは加熱調理器の非利用時に加熱
プレート（５）を覆うための蓋、（７）は蓋（６）のつ
まみである。（８）はコントローラ部で、内部には温度
調節用のサーモスタット（図示せず）が配設されてい
る。（９）は熱板（３）の下方に突設された受熱部で、
