In the former tile panel, as shown in FIG. 14 (A), a groove 52 having a narrower opening than the bottom is formed in the tile attaching surface 51 of the panel 50 having a hollow portion. 50
The tile 53 is drilled from one side edge to the opposite side edge.
On the back surface, a ridge 54 which is narrower on the root side than on the top is bored from one side edge of the tile to the opposite side edge, and the ridge 54 is embedded in the groove 52 so as to be embedded. Since it is a fired product, the fitting play space between the groove and the ridge due to the molding dimension error of the tile which is unavoidable is filled with the adhesive 55, and the ridge is buried in the groove. It is one.

However, since an adhesive such as mortar is used, the productivity is low and the productivity is low. Furthermore, due to the fitting play between the two, the tiles are tilted in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the appearance is poor. There is a problem such as the appearance of the. On the other hand, in the latter case, as shown in FIG. 14B, the fitting portion 61 is formed on the surface of the cement plate 60 having a hollow portion.
And a small tile 62 having a fitted portion 63 to be fitted to the fitting portion 61 formed on the back surface is fixed, and has the following problems similar to the former one. .

That is, since the tile is a pottery, it cannot be obtained with the same precision as that of a metal processed part.
Incidentally, the tiles used for the interior and exterior of the building have fundamentally different molding precision standards from the ceramics which have been used for machine parts and the like in recent years, in terms of the purpose of use and cost. Therefore, there is a problem that the fitted state between the fitted part and the fitted part cannot be obtained. In practice, play for fitting is essential, and the rattling of the tile due to this play is suppressed with an adhesive. In the end, as with the former one, there are problems with productivity and appearance.

Since the adjustment of the assembling precision by the tile and the base plate depends on the elasticity of the fixing tool, the tile mounting work must be performed for each tile, which is an unfavorable structural and manufacturing problem. It had been. That is, the support relationship between the tiles and the base plate requires a gap for creating a space, and if all the tiles are supported by the base plate, each tile between the tiles adjacent to the left and right and the base plate is temporarily supported. Even if you try to insert the fixture at once in the space, the tiles in the non-inserted part will shift by the gap due to the impact vibration that accompanies the insertion, and the space cannot be maintained stably, so you can insert it all at once. However, after all, the tiles and the base plate must be combined for each individual tile, and it is extremely difficult to combine a plurality of tiles at once.

In order to secure a space, the lower portion of the engaging projection of the tile is formed in a hook shape in a downward cross section, and the upper portion of the engaging recess of the base plate is formed in a hook shape in an upward cross section. However, it is known that the tile having such a peculiar shape has large distortion deformation in proportion to the degree of the irregular shape, and the gap between the base plate and each tile, that is, the space portion size further varies. As a result, the assembling accuracy must be adjusted more and more due to the elasticity of the fixture, and the dimension of each space is not stable, which makes it more difficult to combine a plurality of tiles at once.

The problem to be solved is that the assembly of the tile and the base plate cannot be combined and fixed with a higher strength than the case of using the elastic fixing tool while taking advantage of the dry panel. The point is that the work of combining the base plate and the tiles cannot be freely selected by efficiently assembling a plurality of tiles at the same time or by assembling each tile.

The tile in the present invention is appropriately selected from known members typified by ceramics. The base plate is a ceramic-based member such as a concrete plate, and a typical example is a hollow extruded panel. A metal material is mainly used for the fixture, but a hard synthetic resin material may be used. This fixing tool is inserted by a suitable facility such as a hydraulic cylinder, but it can also be inserted by a light impact with a small hammer or the like.

Further, the dimensional accuracy of the fitting irregularities of the ceramic tile and the ceramic base plate is about ± 0.5 to 1.0 mm, so that the engagement convex part of the tile and the engagement concave part of the base plate are fitted together. The fitting accuracy (gap) is about ± 1.0 to 2.0 mm at maximum. Then, the dimensional accuracy of the fixing space portion composed of the opposed groove portions is naturally set to the plus side. The cross-sectional shapes of the fixture and the space may be circular, elliptical, triangular, quadrangular, hexagonal, or any other shape similar thereto, and are appropriately selected.

[Function] The tile back surface is applied from the facing direction to the surface of the base plate which is erected vertically or slanted or horizontally, and the fitting convex portion on the back surface side of the tile is fitted into the fitting concave portion on the front surface side of the base plate. Then, the number of tiles covering the entire surface of the base plate is received. In this receiving / supporting state, each fixing space formed by the base plate and the pair of groove portions of the fitting portion of each tile is stable because the movement of the tile does not occur even by the impact vibration accompanying the insertion of the fixture. In order to maintain the space portions, the fixing members are inserted into all of these space portions in a row over the space portions that are continuous in the row, so that they are held in a supported state and all of the base plate is held. Tiles can be efficiently combined at the same time.

The assembled state of the tile and the base plate is such that the fixture is in the space and engages with both the groove portions on the tile side and the base plate side in a wedge shape to fit into the fitting recess. Since the convex part is connected with high strength in the receiving state, the connecting state is maintained unless the fixture is sheared into upper and lower halves, so it fits until the tile or the base plate breaks and breaks. It is possible to maintain a strong bond strength due to the space formed by the pair of groove portions of the part and the fixture.

The assembling condition of the tile and the base plate is as follows.
The fixing space has a substantially circular cross section, and the fixing tool has an elliptical cross section whose major axis direction is slightly larger than the diameter of the space part and whose minor axis direction is slightly smaller than the diameter of the space part. In that case, by rotating the fixing device at the entrance of the space and driving by selecting an appropriate shaft angle at which the fixing device can be driven and high strength is obtained, the dimensional error of the space is absorbed, A strong bond state is obtained.

The assembling condition of the tile and the base plate is as follows.
If the fixture is slightly larger than the cross-sectional dimension of the space and a number of lines with a substantially triangular cross section are formed along the longitudinal direction on the outer peripheral surface, the space without increasing the hammering resistance of the fixture. A high bond strength is obtained by absorbing the dimensional error of the part. In addition, even if the streak tips of the fixture partly cut the tile or the base plate at the time of driving, the cutting powder is contained in the groove portions of the streaks, so that the high bonding strength can be maintained.

The assembling condition of the tile and the base plate is as follows.
If the fixture has a tapered insertion guide at the end of the insertion side and the length is approximately equal to the length of the tile, use appropriate continuous insertion means such as bullets and magazines of firearms. For example, maintenance of the tile can be easily performed when the assembly space is reduced at the time of factory manufacturing and when a part of the panel surface is damaged due to a disaster after construction. Further, it is also effective in the case where tiles can be individually bonded to the base plate to manufacture a panel having a special shape such as around windows.

I. According to claim 1, by fitting the fitting convex portion on the back surface side of each tile into the fitting concave portion on the front surface side of the base plate, and receiving the required number of tiles covering the entire front surface of the base plate, Since each fixing space formed by the base plate and the pair of groove portions of the fitting portion in each tile is continuous and stable in a continuous hole shape, the fixing tool is provided over each continuous hole-shaped fixing space portion. It can be inserted all at once, and all the tiles can be bonded to the base plate at once at the same time efficiently.

B. According to the same paragraph, when the tile and the base plate are assembled, the fixture is in the space and engages with the groove on the tile side and the base plate side in a wedge shape to fit into the fitting recess. Since the parts are connected with high strength while being supported, the connected state is maintained unless the fixture is sheared in the upper and lower halves, so the fitting part is broken until the tile or the base plate breaks. It is possible to maintain a strong bonding strength due to the space formed by the pair of groove portions and the fixing tool, and it is an assembly structure with extremely excellent strength. Further, it has an excellent effect peculiar to the completely dry type panel that it is not necessary to carry out curing by adhesion and is easy to manufacture.

C. According to claim 2, the assembled state of the tile and the base plate is such that the cross-sectional shape of the fixture is slightly larger than the diameter of the space portion in the longitudinal direction with respect to the fixation space portion having a substantially circular cross-section. Since it is formed in an elliptical shape whose axial direction is slightly smaller than the diameter of the space, the fixture can be rotated at the entrance of the space to select an appropriate shaft angle at which the fixture can be driven and high strength can be obtained. Then, the dimensional error in the space can be absorbed and a high-strength bonded state can be obtained.

D. According to claim 3, the assembled state of the tile and the base plate is such that the fixture is slightly larger than the cross-sectional dimension of the space and a large number of lines having a substantially triangular cross section are formed along the longitudinal direction on the outer peripheral surface. Therefore, it is possible to absorb the dimensional error of the space portion and increase the bonding strength without increasing the driving resistance of the fixture. In addition, even if the streak tip of the fixture partially cuts the tile or the base plate at the time of driving, the cutting powder is contained in the groove portion of the streak, so that the high bonding strength can be maintained.

E. According to claim 4, in the assembled state of the tile and the base plate, since the fixing tool forms a tapered insertion guide portion at the insertion side end portion, and the length is set to a fixed length substantially equal to the length of the tile, The tiles can be individually connected to the main plate, and the installation space at the time of factory manufacturing can be reduced, and the maintenance of the tiles can be easily performed when a part of the tiles on the panel surface is damaged due to a disaster after construction. .

F. According to claim 5, the step of fitting the fitting convex portion of each tile into the fitting concave portion of the base plate, and the step of inserting the fixing tool at a stretch over the continuous hole-shaped space portions connected in rows ... The process can be simplified, and the tile panel in which all the tiles are bonded to the base plate with high strength can be efficiently manufactured.
