The tile 53 is drilled from one side edge to the opposite side edge.
On the back surface, a ridge 54 which is narrower on the root side than on the top is bored from one side edge of the tile to the opposite side edge, and the ridge 54 is embedded in the groove 52 so as to be embedded. Since it is a fired product, the fitting play space between the groove and the ridge due to the molding dimension error of the tile which is unavoidable is filled with the adhesive 55, and the ridge is buried in the groove. It is one.

Incidentally, the tiles used for the interior and exterior of the building have fundamentally different molding precision standards from the ceramics which have been used for machine parts and the like in recent years, in terms of the purpose of use and cost. Therefore, there is a problem that the fitted state between the fitted part and the fitted part cannot be obtained. In practice, play for fitting is essential, and the rattling of the tile due to this play is suppressed with an adhesive. In the end, as with the former one, there are problems with productivity and appearance.

A gap is required to create a space, and even if all tiles are engaged with the base plate, even if an attempt is made to insert the fixture at once in the space between the tiles and the base plate that are adjacent to each other on the left and right. , Due to the impact vibration caused by its insertion,
Since the tiles at the non-inserted parts are displaced by the gap and the space cannot be maintained stably, they cannot be inserted all at once, and in the end, the tiles and the base plate must be combined for each individual tile. It is extremely difficult to combine tiles in one go.

However, it is known that the tile having such a peculiar shape has large distortion deformation in proportion to the degree of the irregular shape, and the gap between the base plate and each tile, that is, the space portion size further varies. As a result, the assembling accuracy must be adjusted more and more due to the elasticity of the fixture, and the dimension of each space is not stable, which makes it more difficult to combine a plurality of tiles at once.

It is far from the relationship and causes the above inconvenience.

You can freely select how to combine the points and the base plate with the tiles, with the tiles temporarily fixed to the base plate and efficiently assembling the tiles simultaneously or individually. This is a point that cannot be done.

The tile and the base plate are joined by inserting a fixture into the fixing space between the lower inclined surface of the engaging concave portion of the tile and the lower inclined surface of the engaging convex portion of the base plate. In this case, the lower part of the tile is fixed with a fixture, while the upper part of the upper part, which is inclined inward and downward, does not move forward beyond the upper sloped surface of the engaging projection. As a result of the fitting, each tile has a strong bonding relationship with the base plate in which the lower edge side and the upper edge side of the tile do not move forward.

The fixing space has a substantially circular cross section, and the fixing tool has an elliptical cross section whose major axis direction is slightly larger than the diameter of the space part and whose minor axis direction is slightly smaller than the diameter of the space part. In that case, by rotating the fixing device at the entrance of the space and driving by selecting an appropriate shaft angle at which the fixing device can be driven and high strength is obtained, the dimensional error of the space is absorbed, A strong bond state is obtained.

If the fixture is slightly larger than the cross-sectional dimension of the space and a number of lines with a substantially triangular cross section are formed along the longitudinal direction on the outer peripheral surface, the space without increasing the hammering resistance of the fixture. A high bond strength is obtained by absorbing the dimensional error of the part. In addition, even if the streak tips of the fixture partly cut the tile or the base plate at the time of driving, the cutting powder is contained in the groove portions of the streaks, so that the high bonding strength can be maintained.

If the fixture has a tapered insertion guide at the end of the insertion side and the length is approximately equal to the length of the tile, use appropriate continuous insertion means such as bullets and magazines of firearms. For example, maintenance of the tile can be easily performed when the assembly space is reduced at the time of factory manufacturing and when a part of the panel surface is damaged due to a disaster after construction. ものである。B. According to the same paragraph, when the tile and the base plate are assembled, the fixture is in the space, engages with the groove on the tile side and the base plate side in a wedge shape, and engages with the engaging protrusion. Since the recesses are joined with high strength in the engaged state, the joined state is maintained unless the fixture is sheared in the upper and lower halves, so the engaging part is broken until the tile or the base plate breaks. It is an assembly structure that can maintain a strong bonding strength due to the space formed by the pair of grooves and the fixture, and is extremely excellent in strength. Further, it has an excellent effect peculiar to the completely dry type panel that it is not necessary to carry out curing by adhesion and is easy to manufacture.

According to claim 2, while the lower portion of the tile is fixed by the fixture, the upper inclined surface of the upper portion, which inclines downward, has an upper inclined surface that inclines upward and outward of the engaging projection. The tiles are engaged with each other so that they do not move forward and shift, so that the tiles have a strong bonding relationship with the base plate so that both the lower edge side and the upper edge side of the tile do not move forward. You can get it.

According to claim 3, in the assembled state of the base plate and the tile, the cross-sectional shape of the fixing tool is slightly larger than the diameter of the space portion in the longitudinal direction with respect to the fixing space portion having a substantially circular cross-section. Since it is formed in an elliptical shape whose axial direction is slightly smaller than the diameter of the space, the fixture can be rotated at the entrance of the space to select an appropriate shaft angle at which the fixture can be driven and high strength can be obtained. Then, the dimensional error in the space can be absorbed and a high-strength combined state can be obtained.

According to claim 4, in the assembled state of the base plate and the tile, the fixture is slightly larger than the cross-sectional dimension of the space portion, and a large number of substantially triangular cross-sections are formed on the outer peripheral surface along the longitudinal direction. Therefore, it is possible to absorb the dimensional error of the space portion and increase the bonding strength without increasing the driving resistance of the fixture. Moreover, even if the streak tip of the fixture partially cuts the tile when driving,
Since the cutting powder is contained in the groove portion of the streaks, the high bonding strength can be maintained.

According to claim 5, the base plate and the tile are assembled in such a manner that the fixing tool forms the tapered insertion guide portion at the insertion side end portion thereof, and the length thereof is set to a fixed length substantially equal to the length of the tile. The tiles can be individually joined to the base plate, reducing the assembly space during factory manufacturing and facilitating maintenance of the tiles when part of the panel surface is damaged due to a disaster after construction. I can.

According to claim 6, the work of joining the base plate and the tile can be stably performed in an engaged state in which the tile is temporarily fixed to the base plate, and the assembly is performed on the engaging convex portion of the base plate. The assembling process can be simplified by the process of engaging and temporarily fixing the engaging recesses of each tile and the process of inserting the fixing tool all at once in the space part of the continuous hole shape that is temporarily fixed and is continuous in rows. Thus, it is possible to efficiently manufacture a tile panel in which all tiles are bonded to the base plate with high strength.
