Further, the structure of (3) is not only difficult to apply to concrete or the like and is inferior in workability, but also has disadvantages such as waterproofness, dew condensation, corrosion of a fixture due to impermeability, and lack of heat insulation.
Further, in the structure (1), the C-shaped channel is usually used, so that the cost is high and there are many places to be constructed. Moreover, the dry outer wall material is fixed by the tapping screw at the portion in contact with the furring strip. As a result, the work efficiency is poor, and there is a disadvantage that it is necessary to form a large fool hole especially when the expansion is large due to heat like aluminum.

For ease of use, a cushion material is interposed, and the construction of the dry outer wall material on the furring strip is attached with a special clip,
The proposed method proposes a refurbished outer wall structure that shortens the construction period to reduce costs and does not require skill in construction.

FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing a structure when a refurbished outer wall according to the present invention is applied to a mortar wall. Reference numeral 1 is an existing outer wall, and a skeleton 2 such as a main pillar or a stud, a wood lapping plate 3, and a waterproofing. It comprises a sheet 4, a lath material 5, and a mortar wall 7 made of cement mortar 6. Reference numeral 8 denotes a furring strip which is fixed to the mortar wall 7 laterally or vertically on the mortar wall 7 at a predetermined pitch via fixing members 22 such as nails. To further illustrate, the furring strip 8 is parallel to the distal vertical piece 9 of the fixed portion 11 and Sokohen 10 a cross-section from the Metropolitan vertical piece 9 and Sokohen 10 as shown in FIG. 2 is L-shaped, and the vertical piece 9
And a mounting member 12 extending in the opposite direction, a cross-section having a deformed N-shape as a whole, and a fixing member 11 having a connecting band as shown in FIGS. Is fixed. Further, the furring strip 8 is a metal plate (Fe, Al,
It consists of one type of roll molded product, extruded product and injection molded product of stainless steel, galfan, galvalume steel plate)
It is about 0.3 to 5 mm, and it is preferable to cut the hat channel into 1/2 position in the width direction. It should be noted that, when the plate thickness becomes thick, it is preferable to form the mounting holes 9a in the vertical piece 9 at an appropriate pitch. Further, the length L of the furring strip 8 is 1800 to 7272 mm.
The position, widths W 1 and W 2 are about 10 to 100 mm, and the height h is about 0.5 to 20 mm. The cushion material 13 is made of one of plastic foam, rubber, and synthetic rubber, and is used to remove the conformity between the existing outer wall 1 and the furring strip 8 and the unevenness of the existing outer wall 1 as the furring strip. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, 14 is a clip, which is an elastic material such as a metal material, a synthetic resin material, or a laminated composite of two or more kinds. The main purpose is to attach the dry type outer wall material 18 to the furring strip 8 without using nails. To explain further, the clip 14 is a flat plate-shaped clip portion for inserting the clip 14 itself into the mounting piece 12 of the furring strip 8 under elastic force without being disengaged and the fixed portion of the dry outer wall member 18. The insertion portion 16 and the insertion portion 16 are integrally formed. In addition, the dimension Δt of the void 15a
Is determined by the thickness of the furring strip 8 and the added state of elasticity, and the height
h 1 and h 2 are set according to the clamping force and rigidity, and l 1 and l 2 are about 10 ~
It is about 50 mm. Reference numeral 17 denotes a ventilation layer, which is a space formed between the back surface of the dry outer wall material 18 and the mortar wall 7, and is communicated through the gap between the mortar wall 7 and the fixing portion 11 of the furring strip 8 or the dry outer wall material. It connects through the backs of 18. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to (g), the dry type outer wall material 18 is composed of a metal siding material 18a and a ceramic siding material 18b.
It consists of seeds and is mainly laid vertically. In particular, the metal siding material 18a is formed by integrally forming a surface material 19, a core material 20 made of plastic foam, and a back surface material 21.

Therefore, the scaffold is assembled around the existing outer wall 1 , and then the furring strip 8 as shown in FIG. 2 is fixed to the body 2 via the nail 22. Next, the metal siding material 18a is vertically arranged, and the fixing piece portion 18c is fixed to the clip 14 (plate thickness shown in FIG.
It is mounted on the mounting piece 12 of each furring strip 8 with 0.5 mm stainless steel). Therefore, in order to form the new outer wall 23, such steps may be sequentially repeated from one direction to the other. It should be noted that the base, the protrusions, the corners, and the windows are provided with a well-known accessory not shown, or the metal siding material 18a can be constructed after the construction is completed at the end, and caulking material is filled in the necessary places. It is a thing.

Can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (j). That is, the figure (a) shows a furring strip 8 which is effective when the clip 14 is engaged with the through hole 12a of the mounting piece 12 and the new outer wall 23 is laterally stretched, and the figures (b) and (c) show the clip 14. The furring strip 8 which has a notch 12b and a recess 12c as a stopper and a guide so as to more strongly clamp it according to the shape of FIG.
Furring strip 8 Figure bored vent 10a in the bottom piece 10, (e),
(F) Shown on the mounting piece 12 is a protrusion 12d for reinforcement and engagement force enhancement.
The furring strip 8 having ribs 12e, (g) to (j) shown in FIG.
It is the furring strip 8 in which 1 and the mounting piece 12 are formed by two members. Further, the clip 14 is determined according to the furring strip 8 and the dry outer wall material 18 as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) to (i). Adder folds, ribs, bends, etc. are reinforced and damaged by other members. It is provided in order not to give. The clip 14 shown in FIGS. 9 (g) and 9 (h) is used for horizontal lining. In particular,
(I) The drawing shows the fixed piece 18c of the dry type outer wall material 18
As shown in FIG. 7A, when the length of the fixing piece portion 18c is l 3 , l 2 ≈l 3 , and the clip 14 is useful for positioning. The metal siding material 18a is shown in FIG.
It is possible to use a horizontal member as shown in (h). When the metal siding material 18a shown in FIGS. 8 (b) and 8 (f) is used, a gap is created between the furring strip 8 and the back surface of the metal siding material 18a to form a communication ventilation layer.

The construction of the furring is half of the conventional process, and the furring itself is low cost. The dry outer wall material can be easily and efficiently attached to the furring without using nails. A ventilation layer can be formed between the existing outer wall and the new outer wall, and heat insulation and dew condensation prevention can be achieved by air permeability. Even if the surface of the existing outer wall is uneven, the cushioning material makes it possible to easily construct the furring strip and to place the dry outer wall material at a predetermined size. Reduces transmission to dry type outer wall materials due to earthquakes and external forces, prevents separation of joints between outer wall materials, and improves waterproofness, breathability, condensation resistance, and heat insulation. There are features such as.
