よりコストダウンを図り、しかも施工に熟練を必要とせ
ず、その上、アルミニウム材からなる金属サイディング
材のように熱により大きく変形しても化粧面に変化が現
れないように装着できる改修外壁構造を提案するもので
ある。

〔実施例〕〔Example〕

以下に、図面を用いて本発明に係る改修外壁構造の一実
施例について詳細に説明する。第1図は本発明に係る改
修外壁構造をセメントコンクリート壁に施工した場合を
示す一部切り欠き斜視図であり、1は既存外壁で、コン
クリート壁、モルタル壁、タイル壁、は胴縁で既存外
壁1上に一定ピッチP、例えばP=300〜450mmで縦に固
定具7、例えばアンカーボルト、スクリュービス、釘を
介して固定したものである。はクリップで金属板(F
l、Al、ステンレス、ばね鋼等)、合成樹脂材等の弾性
材をコ字状断面等に形成し、従前の釘、スクリュービス
の代わりに用いるものである。18は乾式外壁材で金属製
サイディング材19、窯業系サイディング材20のいずれか
1種からなり、金属製サイディング材は表面材19a、プ
ラスチックフォーム、ロックウール、シージングボード
等の1種からなる芯材19b、必要に応じて設けるシート
状の裏面材19c等からなるものであり、主に新規外壁
材、断熱材、防音材、防水材として機能するものであ
る。さらに説明すると、胴縁は第2図(a)〜(i)
に示すような形状で金属、合成樹脂、金属を合成樹脂で
モールドしたものなどの材料からなり、ロール成形、押
出成形、射出成形等のいずれかで形成したものである。
すなわち、(a)〜(c)は断面ハット状としたもので
あり、固定部3と装着面4と装着孔5と固定部3に設け
た取付孔6とから形成したものである。さらに詳説する
と、(a)図は単なるハット型の胴縁、(b)は装着
面4に補強リブ4aを形成したハット型の胴縁、(c)
図は装着面4の中央部に凹リブを形成したハット型の胴
であり、(d)、(e)図は軽量化、施工性を改善
した柄杓状の胴縁、(f)図はCチャンネル型の胴縁
である。(g)〜(i)は装着孔5に係止片5aを設
け、クリップとの係合をより確実に、かつ容易にした
ものである。なお、材料の厚さtは必要強度によるもの
であり、例えばt=1〜6mm位、P1=50〜450mm位、P2
200〜500mm位、H1=5〜50mm位、W1=10〜60mm位、W2
5〜30mm位、W3=5〜30mm位、l1=5〜30mm位、L=60
0〜10000mm位である。その他、装着孔5の形状としては
代表例として第3図(a)〜(h)に示す形状であり、
(a)図は円形、(b)図は楕円形、(c)は正方形、
(d)図は長方形、(e)図は3角形、(f)図は六角
形、(g)、(h)図は切り欠き部5bを形成した形状で
ある。その大きさはクリップの大きさ、形状と強度に
よって任意である。また、第2図(e)において、3aは
舌片であり、安定性と補強の機能を具備するものであ
る。さらに、クリップは例えば第4図(a)〜(p)
に示す形状に形成し、乾式外壁材18の固定部18aを胴縁
の装着孔5を介して胴縁と弾力下で、密着挟持したも
のである。すなわち、(a)〜(e)図はコ字状断面で
あり、挟持片9と係合片10と挟持部11と、必要に応じて
設ける補強リブ12、舌片13、ガイド舌片14、弾力強化舌
片15からなるもので、特に(c)図は係合片10を湾曲さ
せて弾力を強化したものである。また、(f)〜(j)
図はハット型断面の主体16と挿入片17とから形成し、装
着孔5に弾力支持片16aを挿入後、回転して乾式外壁材1
8の固定部18aを弾力下で挟持する構成としたものであ
る。(k)図は変形ハ字状に形成した挿入方式のクリッ
プであり、弾性片8aを幅方向に圧縮して乾式外壁材18
胴縁に接着する構成としたものである。(l)〜
(p)図はヨ字状のクリップで挟持部11、11aからな
り、挟持部11は乾式外壁材18と胴縁を一体に装着する
ものであり、挟持部11aは胴縁にクリップを装着す
るためのものである。なお、寸法関係は次のように設定
する。l2≦l3、l4≦l5、W4<W2、t1>t、t2は乾式外壁
18の雌型連結部の開口より小、t1は乾式外壁材18の舌
片18bの厚さより大、W5<l2、W6<W2、W7=5〜20mm
位、W8<W1、W955〜30mm、W10>W2、W11<l1、W12>W
2、W13<l1、l6=20〜60mm、l7=10〜40mm、t3≧t、θ
=5〜30゜位としたものである。また、乾式外壁材18
第5図(a)〜(q)に示すようなものであり、(a)
〜(p)図は金属製サイディング材19を示すものであ
り、表面材19aとしてはアルミニウム、ステンレス、ガ
ルバリウム、ガルファン、着色亜鉛鉄板等の鋼板の1種
を図示するように形成したもの、芯材19bはフェノール
フォーム、ポリイソシアヌレートフォーム、ポリウレタ
ンフォーム、ポリスチレンフォームの1種以上、もしく
はこれにパーライト粒、硼砂等の1種以上を分散させた
もの、裏面材19cはアルミニウム、クラフト紙等の1種
以上からなるものである。また、(q)図は窯業系サイ
ディングボード20であり、ALC系、コンクリート系、セ
ラミック系等のものである。

(土台側)に図示しないスタータ、止縁等をスクリュー
ビスで水平方向に固定する。その後で第1段目の金属製
サイディング材19の雄型連結部をスタータに係合し、金
属製サイディング材19の固定部18aをクリップの弾力
によって、装着孔5に密着して固設するものである。そ
の装着部分の断面を第6図に示す。
