形機突き上げ装置が下がり底板がヘッドアームにのり、

ク(9)により底板(5)の両側面を保持する。またそ

ンベヤ上に送り出すことができる。このため透水板等を
製造するための下水汚泥溶融スラグの粉砕物を加圧振動
成形して得られたブロックのような強度の低いブロック
をも形状を崩すことなく成形型から自動的に取り出して
乾燥工程に送ることができる。また本発明によれば、ブ
ロックから離型させた底板をただちに反転させて同一の
成形型の内部に戻すことができるので、従来のように多
数枚の底板を使用する必要がなく、製作コストの高い底
板を使用した成形を行う場合に適したものである。ま
た、成形工程で使用される底板と異なり、乾燥に適した
多孔質の受板を使用できるので乾燥効率の向上が図られ
る。なお本発明の範囲は実施例の方法に限定されるもの
